  One of your truck drivers was riding my ass on the highway for the better part of 20 miles on i71 South. Scared my wife and 3 year old child so bad they both started crying. Still actively consoling them as I type out this message.

  Mr Velazquez, We cannot find a ticket with your name on it in our system? Could It be under a different name? Can you please call the office so we can figure this out? All our estimators are equipped with several size ladders. This doesn’t make sense. Please call the office so we can work this out. 502-458-9898

  They showed up for an hour to do a quote. Now I have a $600 invoice because they supposedly did work on my roof without my ago ahead or signature to do so. Shady business practices all around.

  We are sorry to hear your were frustreated. Our process is explained in the initial email that was sent to you. Finding the leak is the hard part, and once we locate It, we make the repair to prevent more damage. In your case, we went ahead and covered the repair at no charge. We hope this is helpful.   Placed a call for a technician to come out and assess a leak we had over our patio. A technician did come out, but did not communicate anything with my wife or I. Just showed up, and apparently spent three hours performing "repairs" that we we not informed of. No quotes, no signatures, no communication, nothing. Two weeks later, we get a $600 bill out of the blue. Shady practices all around here. Will never use again.

For leak calls, our process is outlined in the initial email that was sent to you. The hard part is finding the leak, and once its located, we make the repair right away to prevent further damage. Because every leak is different, it's not always possible to provide an estimate beforehand. After reviewing your job, we covered the repair cost at no charge to you. We hope this shows our commitment to doing the right thing for our customers. We have been in business for over 35 years, and don't have "shady" business practices.   They might do fine work. However, I was rescheduled for later in the day after my initial phone call. I adjusted and had waited for 3.5 hours after the earliest time they said they might be there and had to leave to transport my kids from school. Of course, the guy calls back and says he will be there in ten minutes. I said I can be there in twenty and explained how long I had waited. The gentleman said he was too busy and needed to reschedule. I’m sorry my business wasn’t worth an extra 10 minutes. Plenty of other companies to call.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jack Carlon does not know how to communicate with people. He is rude, abrupt and very unprofessional. I wish I never called this company for an estimate. They tried to scam me.

Jack told you he doesn’t want to do business with you because of Your accusations of us scamming. Rich has been trying to help you with quotes for over a month. He has given you 4 different quotes doing 4 different things. You are bad mouthing our company and owner and we haven’t even done work for you. We aren’t scammers. We are a legitimate business with integrity!

  Talk to them several time about an estimate for a gutter. Waited and waited. Several call still have not get my estimate There voice mail-says they pride themselves on not giving you the run around.- That’s all I got from them . No follow through!!!

  I can’t say enough great things about Carlon Roofing! They repaired my 20 year old roof twice before I was finally ready to do a full replacement. When I was ready, I got a quote and was on the schedule within a week. Their team completed demo and put on the new roof in one day. The new roof looks great, and I have gained so much peace of mind knowing I’m free of roof leaks! For each repair and the replacement, the service manager Tommy was professional and prompt. I am so happy with the experience and the final result.

  I have a slate roof, and very few roofing companies have experience or will work on these roofs. Carlon Roofing understands the intricacies of installing and repairing these kinds of roofs, making sure not to damage more slates when replacing broken slates and repairing leaks.
