Hi Shelby - we are very sorry to hear of your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to have costs added. Unfortunately due to the complexity of the project and some of the additional work that was unforeseen it had to be included to protect the integrity of the roof. The price was truly the best we could do to cover supplies and installation, we promise you that. We appreciate your feedback on the rest and we will strive to do better in all areas mentioned. Our goal is never to inconvenience you. We will have someone contact you from the office to discuss further and see if we can make it right!

Zero customer support after installation. No reply to phone messages or emails for months. Take your business somewhere else.

We got a new steel roof installed, just under 2 years ago. We found out in the spring that water was leaking into your house. Did water damage to drywall. Sent in emails and phoned, but no returned emails or calls. After about 4 months of emails and calls. With no returned emails and calls. Out of the blue 2 guys show up and put some caulking on the roof and leave. Still no calls or emails about them coming out to fix the roof. Still have water damage inside the house. Be careful with dealing with this company.

The roof is just fine, but the after service sucks. They neglected to put snow guards on the upper section of my roof and i have been asking since last March to have it done. All i get is we will do it in the next 2 weeks. (Well, there has been a lot of 2 weeks pass since March and it is still not done!!!!)

used email on website to submit quote, no response. Phoned in, they gave me a different email address. It didn't work. Phoned in again and they reiterated the email again. Email doesn't work. I give up.

We got our house roof, the shed and our covered porch. They were very professional in every aspect. Great quality and best price in the area. My house looks like an executive home. All my neighbors love it and compliment us on our beautiful curb appeal.

My new metal roof looks fantastic! It replaces a 25 year old shingled roof starting to look tired and one small leak with vents no longer holding in place. It was time to replace and honestly the metal roof provides a new more modern look …

Got my new metal roof in early April (2026). I had a couple of friends who had gotten their roofs with this company and had a positive experience. I dealt mostly with Jack. Overall the price was good compared to other quotes and their work was very good and great professionals. Kind and friendly people. Very clean work. 10/10 experience. The metal roof looks great! I went with the mocha brown - Indigo Panel.

From the free quote to the Finishing day & clean up, everything went as Jack described it would. Install crew was awesome. Took the time to answer a lot of my questions. Roofs look really good! House, Shed & Gazebo. Was skeptical about a March install, but no issues at all. Highly recommend Canadian Metal Roof Manufacturing Ltd.

Thank you Canadian Metal Roof for coming to our rescue when our 12 year old shingled roof began to leak in the middle of winter. Nick explained the benefits of their unique product and the installation process, assuring us that despite the piles of snow they could solve our problem. Anna in the office was able to fit our project into the schedule quickly, sooner than originally indicated, and the crew completed our job in just a few days even with an ice storm delay. Our new metal roof looks fantastic and we are so happy not to have to worry about leaks for many decades to come. The amazing winter discount was also very much appreciated! We would definitely recommend Canadian Metal Roof.

After just 12 years, our shingle roof had to be replaced. We decided to make the investment in a new metal roof and couldn’t be more impressed with their entire team! Our new roof looks fantastic and the best part is having the peace of mind that we no longer have to worry about heavy rains for years to come. Highly recommend!!!!

We purchased a home recently with a Canadian Metal Roof and needed to transfer the warranty. It was such an easy process and they answered all of our questions about our new roof - which is a beautiful part of the exterior! Thank you!
