I was told by another roofer twice that I needed all my gutters replaced, but I never spend that kind of money without getting a few estimates first. After searching online, I found a local roofing and gutter company here in McKinney and decided to give them a call. The office team was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to fit me into the schedule during a busy holiday week. Julian showed up a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. He was polite, professional, and easy to trust. It was nice to have someone come out who clearly understood roofing, gutter systems, drainage, and how everything works together to protect the home in Texas weather. He took time to inspect the gutters carefully, explained what he was seeing, and answered all of my questions about possible repairs, replacement options, and what might happen down the road if certain issues were left alone. I also liked that the service felt personal and not rushed. Julian was knowledgeable and patient, and I felt like I was getting honest information instead of a sales pitch. I am still waiting on one more quote, but based on the visit, communication, and overall experience, this roofing and gutter company is at the top of my list.

We had our roof replaced a while back, and we have stayed very happy with the work ever since. More recently, we noticed leaking around the second-floor windows on the north side of the house. Since the home is older, we wanted a roofing professional to inspect everything carefully. Thomas came out, did a thorough check, explained the issue clearly, and provided a fair estimate. After the repair was completed, everything was taken care of and performing well. Then not long after, we found another leak in an upstairs bedroom and thought it might be a shingle problem. We called again, and Thomas returned promptly to inspect the roof system, flashing, and surrounding areas. He found that the chimney seal had come loose and fixed it right away. It was a quick repair, and his attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. It is hard to say enough good things about the customer service, communication, and roofing expertise we received. The crew has been dependable, responsive, and easy to work with. In McKinney, where strong sun, heavy rain, and seasonal storms can put stress on a roof, it means a lot to have a roofer who stands behind the work and handles repairs quickly. We truly appreciate the honest service and would gladly recommend them for roof repair and leak issues.

Oh my, Cabrera Family Roofers Llc is the best roofing company I have ever worked with. They show real honesty and professionalism, and their service should be an example for other roofing contractors. I had a very complicated roofing and garage repair situation with an older garage. The roof area was dark, full of mold and mildew, and the framing had been soaked from rain leaking in for a long time. It had also become a serious mess because of rodent activity, so it was not safe to use. Before the work moved forward, the structure was checked several times to make sure everything was safe and ready for repairs. Randall and Thomas, the crew members who prepared the garage and roof area for the construction work, were excellent. They were on time, skilled, friendly, easy to talk to, and kept me updated through every step. They explained the roofing process clearly, answered questions, and showed real experience with difficult repair work. Their cleanup and prep work gave me confidence that the new roofing and structural repairs would be done the right way. Seth also made sure everything would be checked carefully before final approval, which showed great attention to detail. In this kind of hot weather, it really matters to have a roofing team that works hard, communicates well, and handles a damaged structure safely. There is a lot more I could say, but I will simply say I am very satisfied with the whole team and highly recommend them for roofing and related repair services.

I hired a roofing company after a recommendation and the strong online reviews. They came out to replace two damaged ridge vents with small holes that were causing a roof leak. The crew finished the repair in just a few hours. When rain started moving in, they carefully covered the newly repaired tile roof so no water could get inside. Kyle returned later to remove the cover, inspect everything, and confirm the repair was holding properly. It was clear that Kyle understood roofing work well and truly cared about doing the job right. A little while after that first repair, I noticed another leak in a different area of my home. Kyle called me back the very next day and came out early in the morning to inspect the roof. He found that a different ridge vent had tiny pinholes that were letting water in, and it was not related to the original repair. He explained the issue clearly and said he would come back to restore the additional vents at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Throughout the whole process, Kyle and his team were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They communicated well, responded quickly, and took the time to make sure the tile roofing system was sealed and protected. It is refreshing to work with a roofer in McKinney who stands behind the work, cares about customers, and handles roof leaks and vent repairs with professionalism.

I handle maintenance for a condo unit in McKinney, and I have used Cabrera Family Roofers Llc for several roofing projects over the years. They have helped with roof updates on our units, and they also replaced my grandmother’s roof when it was in very poor condition. The estimate process was easy, the price was fair, and the new roof was installed the right way. After one job, a few shingles were lifted by strong Texas wind, and Julian came out the very next day to take care of everything. That quick response showed they really stand behind their roofing work. From roof replacement to shingle repairs, they have been dependable, professional, and easy to work with. I have trusted them with more than 8 roofing jobs, and they are the roofers I count on whenever I need quality work done.

I needed a roof replacement and had already received two estimates, but Cabrera Family Roofers LLC really stood out. I ended up getting more than just a new roof, including new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, which made the whole exterior work come together nicely. The crew was impressive from start to finish and worked with me step by step. They explained the roofing process in simple detail, and whenever I had questions or concerns, Jaxon or Julian made time to meet with me in person and go over everything until it was fully resolved. They also worked closely with my insurance company to help make sure the needed roof and exterior repairs were properly covered. My home looks fantastic now, and the new roofing system and drainage upgrades really improved both the appearance and function of the house. I have already recommended them to neighbors because the workmanship, communication, and overall service were outstanding.

Cabrera Family Roofers LLC did an excellent job on my roof. After some severe storms and hail in the area, I noticed many nearby homes were getting new roofing, so I decided to have mine inspected too. A friend had recommended their roofing work because of the quality and attention to detail. Seth came out to check the damage and confirmed that a full roof replacement was the right choice. My insurance inspector reviewed everything and agreed with the assessment. I moved forward with the roof replacement and chose upgraded impact-resistant shingles, which even helped lower my insurance cost. I also decided to add a solar attic vent to improve airflow in the attic and help with the heat. The new roof looks great, and the workmanship is top quality. The crew worked fast, stayed thorough, and made the whole roofing process smooth from inspection to installation. I have already recommended them to others who need roofing services.
