Ruth was mean and very rude. She refused to provide a receipt. She wanted me to simply consider my check payment as proof of service paid. She was very unfair & demeaning to me. I am an Asian. No kindness at all! What a traumatic experience! Other reviews showed good reviews. But not to me. ! She doesn’t even deserve a single star. Then, The work done to my roof did not last. I used another roof repair company & I was told that the job done to my roof was incomplete & not steady. I did not call Ruth because she gave me a limited warranty period & REFUSED TO GIVE A RECEIPT! Awful! I will not do business with her and not refer her even to Caucasians like her.

I was so shocked by the results of the new roof they put on our neighbors house, that we were too afraid to use them. They never did get a refund and had to start over again with another roofer.Recommendations go a long way.

We’ve worked with Ruth and Ben at C&R Roofing a few times for repairs now and each time it’s been top quality work for a fair price. Both Ruth and Ben are very kind and honest with their recommendations. Highly recommend this company if you need any roofing repairs done!

These folks are amazing to work with.. none of the fluff and overselling of the corporate roofers. We had an emergency need after a branch fell during a storm.. every other roofer needed days to even respond and wanted a contract to even put up a tarp. Miss Ruth got someone out immediately.. I will use C&R for all my roofing needs going forward.. Great service fair prices.. they even cleaned the gutters since "they were up there so we might as well"

I cannot say enough good things about C & R Roofing! From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and delivered exceptional work. Ruth and her team treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and they walked me through every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. The quality of the work was top-notch, my roof looks fantastic and has held up beautifully through several storms since the repair. They completed the job on time, cleaned up thoroughly, and even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I had no issues getting my receipt and warranty information, and I truly appreciate how Ruth runs her business with integrity and care for her customers. It’s rare to find a company so dedicated to both excellent craftsmanship and great customer service. I highly recommend C & R Roofing to anyone needing roof work done. They’ve earned my trust and my future business!

The owner and supervisor came out to Jasper to investigate my roof issues. I was convinced that I needed an entirely new roof. They were so honest and professional. They located the actual issues instead of trying to sell me an entire …

Out of three estimates that we got to replace our roof there was no question as to who we were going to go with and that was C & R Roofing. Owner Ruth Vincent and sales representative Mike Hailey were both incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and personable. Their work crew was also very polite and did the job in a timely manner. I have no doubt that we got the best roof for the best price possible!
