  We're sorry you feel this way. The area of your roof that we worked on was repaired correctly and all items on the contract were fixed per manufacturers specs. We use top of the line materials and serviced our warranty. Unfortunately there were other areas of the roof that needed repair but we were only contracted to repair a small section. The area we repaired is not leaking.

  I am very disappointed using Premier Roofing for our roofing job. Scott and his team started out great. They were able to work around my schedule and had our new roof completed quickly. About 3 months after the job was finished, I noticed large sections of shingles that were already degranulating. I contacted Scott about this issue, and it turned out to be a manufacturing error from the company the shingles were ordered from, Owen's Corning. Scott assured me that he would either contact Owen's Corning or replace the bad shingles himself. After months of going back and forth with Scott, I finally came to the realization that he was just stringing me along on promises in hopes that I would just give up. It has been 10 months now and still no word from Scott. There are plenty of roofing services out there that will take better care of their customers, even after the job is done. Don't make the same mistake I did by using Premier Roofing and get left with poor quality work.

  Make sure you see the original contract and not online contract before you sign it .Didn't do what I ask them to do when we talked on top of the roof then sent me a contract with wrong last name and not what we talked about doing to my roof. Bad sales guy

  Michael, OSB is a material used on roofs. I'm not sure what materials you were looking for. If the rafters are in good condition we do not replace them. We only replace bad wood. We are an equal opportunity employer and are proud to employ people of many different ethnicities.

  They were not dependable. I spoke with someone and made an appointment, no one ever showed or called.

  We had our salesman at your house 2 different times and no answer. We also called multiple times without an answer or a call back.

  Fantastic company to deal with, replaced my old worn out windows with new energy efficient ones that look great on my house, Michael, the salesman was wonderful to work with, took his time explaining the benefits of their windows and gave me a timeline on when to expect them ready to be installed, he was never pushy or hard to deal with, then came the moment of truth, the all important “ how much” ? lol, when he told me I literally said, excuse me, say that again please ? He repeated the amount, and I automatically said write it up and let me pay a deposit before you change your mind or catch your mistake. lol I’m completely being honest, I had gotten another estimate the week before from a home improvement store, wink wink, they were $4k more !! Same features on windows. The installation crew are great also, did a fantastic job, went out of their way to make sure I was well pleased and cleaned up after theirselves. If you are in the market for new windows, I highly recommend checking with Premier Windows of Chattanooga and ask for Michael Hartgraves.

  Premier Windows did a great job with my window installation. The contractors who came out to put the windows in were professional, respectful, and worked hard from start to finish. They showed up ready to work, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was installed correctly. They also cleaned up after themselves and treated my home with care. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the pride they took in the job. I would definitely recommend Premier Windows, especially because of the installers and the way they handled the whole project.

  The crew did good work, showed up at the agreed upon date and time and completed the job in one day. Plus the final bill did not exceed the original quote. The price was very fair for a high quality shingle roof.

  Not a single complaint. We had gotten previous quotes but Michael gave us options and his suggestion. The price was optimal. The service was above-board. The workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely make use of Premiere Roofing Services if the need arises.
