  We found Risk Free in a local newspaper ad, which touted their ability to provide a new roof for qualifying customers at a cost of $4,000-5,000. Well, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. We had Kevin come out to assess our roof and I answered his questions. He assured us that we not only qualified, but that the process would be quick and easy. He explained that once we filed a claim, which he would help us do, our insurer would assign an adjuster who would send out an inspector to confirm the damage they had identified, and that all this would happen within a week to ten days. He was confident that our insurer, with whom he had worked many time before, would approve the claim. In fact, he said that he was "99.9% sure" that our insurance company would cover the cost of a new roof, estimated at about $18,000 total, which would all be covered except for our deductible plus $4,000 (for 'upgrades') for what he said was 'wind damage' that they had found. Well, that's not what happened. The inspector, who was subbing in for the person Kevin had anticipated, filed a report that said that the damage Risk Free had said was caused by wind was instead caused by 'human activity.' This was interesting, as no one had ever been up on our roof in the areas that they had identified. Our insurer then brought in an independent company to verify this report. When Kevin and Sean heard about this, their tone changed completely. They were now convinced that our claim would be denied, as they said that this independent company was a 'hired gun' that insurers used to deny claims. They were so concerned by this news that they hired another inspector from our insurer - on the side - to assess our roof. This person reported to them that the damage was likely caused by "a racoon" (how it got up on our roof and selectively damaged shingles yards apart remains unknown). To their credit, Sean and Kevin assured me that if the claim was denied, they would put a new roof on

  The crew at Busy Beaver are the Kings of roofing. From the initial sales call, to the final walk through the process was smooth, transparent, and professional. Don't let the fancy logo fool you - this business is locally and family owned. My roofers for life.

  Needing a new roof was a tough decision to make but calling busy beaver was a stress free and hassle free process. Sean, Kevin, Marc, and Laura were absolutely great. Explained the process and approach of what they were going to do. The day of Marx the project manager and their crew arrived the day of to do the roof and were very meticulous of applying the new roof and the cleanup process was awesome also. After Laura call me back to set appointment for payment and kevin showed up and he spent a hour also making sure the yard and house was clean to his and my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend busy beaver to family and friends for the near future. Thank busy beaver

  Busy Beaver replaced my roof today and i can't say enough about what a great group of people to work with their customer customer is exceptional. My new roof looks great and the price was very reasonable. They came on time and finished the roof the same day. Shout out to Laura, Shawn, Marc they made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I would highly recommend Busy Beaver to anyone.

  Last November Busy Beaver replaced my roof. It was perfect until a large tree fell on our new roof during a big storm this July. As soon as the tree was removed they came right over to tarp the damage and helped us connect with our insurance. This time and last they have been very hospitable. We have a smaller roof which was replaced and cleaned up in one day. When something was damaged during construction they made sure it was repaired. They even went out of their way to replace a piece of our window trim. I’m disappointed to see that my neighbor left a one star review. The team has been working hard on this almost 90F August day with no shade on the roof. Considering all it takes to replace a roof they have kept it contained, respected parking space on the road, and absolutely respected the neighborhood. Would recommend

  We received excellent service. Busy Beaver is a family company. They are all great to work with, especially Marc, who supervised our new roof installation. They all returned our calls, addressed any questions we had and kept appointments. This company even cared about our dogs during actual roof replacement and offered to pay for boarding due to noise level and stress on pets. This company also has a great crew working with them, especially Alex. Laura in the office keeps things running smoothly. She is a pleasure to speak with and making you smile is her specialty! No payments taken until the job was completed and we were totally satisfied. We highly recommend Busy Beaver Roofing!

  I had a new roof installed by Busy Beaver Roofing and can't say enough about them. From the quality of the work , the timely manner in which it was done and the office staff.
