  Seven months after the work my roof started leaking, they have a guy come out Sunday when I'm not home. One of their guys disconnected a vent pipe under roof, accidentally probably, and it started leaking there. They pulled the vent and put shingles over the hole which I didn't want. You shouldn't leave a vent under roof. They guarantee me it will just be a couple of days and they will get it repaired. Two days later I get a call saying they don't do any work under roof. Now ten days later and they are not responding saying I need to do repairs under the roof. I had to cut through a wall to access the pipe they literally had to lift out, it cannot be reconnected until they remove the patch and insert the vent. Then the coupler can be reattached. He was informed of that but still says I need to do repairs under the roof. The guy obviously doesn't understand and won't come out or reply. Pathetic.

  Buccos recently did our roof. They actually came earlier then scheduled, which was nice. They did a great job! The guys were super nice and efficient and cleaned up throughly. It was a great experience from start to finish.

  Very thorough, responsive, and had the right equipment to do the job! Had storm damage to the roof of my house. Bucco’s Roofing responded immediately, had it repaired the same day as my call. They also fixed additional loose siding around the back of the house that I was unaware of! 100% would recommend and will use again!

  The whole team at Buccos were a joy to work with from start to finish. They show up on time, answer questions patiently, and are courteous and professional in every way. My new roof was put on in no time, and the clean- up was thorough. This is especially appreciated to keep puppy dog paws safe. Thanks Jace, Cody, and all the guys!   We simply loved Buccos on our window project! We replaced old and rotted bay windows with Hardie board. Crew were on time, polite, careful, and detail oriented. They all worked great as a team and the project manager, Manny P, was great at coordinating and ensuring that all aspects of the engagement was completed. The project extended over multiple days and I loved the fact that the crew cleaned up at the end of each day and left the yard looking pristine! The crew did not disrupt the neighborhood or block access. Another big plus was the fact that the crew took the time to ensure the job is well done, even if it took extra time. Will I go with Buccos for a new project? Absolutely! Will I recommend Buccos to a friend? You bet!

  Buccos did a great job. From start to finish very professional. Chris came got the process started we picked out the shingles ,got the financing ,and by the end of the week we had a new roof. The crew stayed until the job was completed and I swear they even vacuumed the yard. I would highly recommend buccos.

  During a very stressful time, Buccos stepped up to work on our difficult project, to make us feel comfortable, and to see that the job was done right. Our small project turned into a large one and they were right next to us every step of the way. Even when things did not go as planned, they did not give up until it was done and done right.
