Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 4 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Brookfield Contractor. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
4 more of the 4 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Extremely knowledgeable and patience, especially with all my questions. I’m very satisfied with my roof and the color looks great.

I had a small roof leak in the corner of my kitchen. I called Brookfield Contractor and they came and inspected the leak the next day. I initially did not get it done right away because I wanted to call around to see my options. A week later, I got it done because they were so helpful and overall a better price the the other local roofers.
Reply from the business
Hey, Sam. We are glad that you called us when it was just a small leak. It could have been a lot more expensive if there would have been mold and other damage. Thanks for your honesty and the review.

My roof was leaking from hard rainfall. We called Brookfield Contractor and they came out the same day to look at it and said, they could fix it by the end of the week. The section of my roof was fixed and completed at a low cost. Highly recommend them.

Brookfield Contractor just finished re-roofing my house. They took on all the warranty duties and did top notch job. Roof looks Great!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Brookfield Contractor. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
