I called Al Briggs (referral from my parents who's roof Briggs replaced a couple of years ago) the morning after a tree blew onto my roof, and he was there to check out the damage and make emergency repairs before the next storm came later that day to make sure the damage didn't get worse. He made a point to be there when my insurance company's claim adjuster made their report so that they had a full picture of what needed to be done. The office manager Ashley, and sales representative Ricardo did a great job of coordinating the consultation for the repairs, were very thorough, and the price for the new roof was very reasonable for the quality of materials. The GAF system Briggs exclusively uses gives me peace of mind that my new roof will have no problem holding up over the next 30+ years. The financing process was quick, convenient, and very well coordinated with Briggs to make sure there were no delays in the work. Al's team was prompt and worked through one of the hottest days of the year to complete the process within 1 day with as minimal impact to my daily life as possible. I would 100% recommend Briggs and their team to any one in my life that is having issues with their roof, gutters, siding, etc. They are phenomenal!

Excellent experience with Brigg’s Family Home Development. Our new siding and gutters look great! Professional, responsive, and high‑quality work at every step. They truly care about their customers and it shows. Alex & Ashley went above & beyond helping us with our insurance claim after hail damage. Highly recommend.

We had our roof replaced by Briggs this summer due to hail damage we had from some storms in the spring. Our main person of contact was Jake at Briggs and he was very down to earth and easy to work with with dealing with our home insurance. The roofing team was excellent (I think the main foreman was Craig and he was very communicative of how things were going) and very efficient, the whole roof was done within a day. My wife and I were very happy with how everything went. Thank you for all the good work!
