Avoid this company! We had them side our home last summer, we had numerous issues with the initial job and they had to come back numerous time to address. Now a little over one year later, my siding is falling off my house

Totally unreliable. They missed two appointments without letting me know, and when I finally spoke to someone, they were rude and unhelpful.

They dragged the project out way too long, then rushed the work at the end. Within a week, the roof started leaking—and now they won’t return my calls.

Have had a signed contract since the beginning of June. No call no shows every time they were scheduled. Won’t return calls or texts. Do not recommend.

Worst experience ever with my roof on top of my garage. Was supposed to seal the roof to prevent water damage… was told the sealing would last 20 years welp to find out they just layered the covering. Seal only lasted 7 months and water is leaking into my garage again and it smells horrible. Called and was told that someone would be out to look at it BUT they never showed up. Call several times after to inquire and no repose yet.

I seen Brancato and Sons signs posted in the area and thought I would have them come out to give me an estimate on a partial roof repair/replace and a cricket installed by the chimney. Im glad I made the call and had them do the roofing I job. The communication was great with them, answered all my questions since I wasn't sure what exactly I needed to do, gave me 2 different options on the estimate and even notified me when they will be there to do the work. When I came home, everything that I wanted and talked about during the estimate process was done perfectly. The roof looks better then before and the cricket is the perfect size. The flashing even was beyond my expectations since the old flashing was so much smaller. And cant forget the clean up, amazing job and making sure it was all cleaned up. At the end of it all, Im glad I seen those signs and called. If your looking for a great company to work with for your needs/repairs, I highly recommend Brancato and Sons

They were absolutely amazing. Very affordable and went above and beyond with our gutters. They even sent us a card congratulating us because when they came for our estimate we actually were at the hospital having our son early. John and his crew recently did some work for me, John is a very sweet knowledgeable person! So easy to get along with, didn’t make me feel stupid for any questions I had unlike some other businesses we had gotten estimates from. They did an absolutely amazing stunning job and were very respectful when they were working on the house and cleaned up so well when done. I will continue to go to brancato and sons for any of my needs! Thank you so much for all your guys hard work and efficiency with getting the job done quickly but also not failing to do all the proper things needed for the job! Very highly would recommend John and his crew to anyone!

Roof Leak Repair in Buffalo, NY: Don’t Wait for the Next Water Spot A roof leak in Buffalo rarely starts as a “big obvious problem.” It usually shows up as a faint stain that gets darker after a storm, a little drip near a window, or a musty smell that won’t go away. And once snow and ice get involved, that small issue can spread fast. Brancato & Sons Roofing and Siding in Buffalo, NY helps homeowners track down roof leaks and fix them the right way. Sometimes it’s a shingle that lifted in the wind. Sometimes it’s flashing around a chimney or vent that opened up. Sometimes it’s an old patch that finally gave out. We look for the source, explain what we’re seeing in plain English, and repair the area so you’re not dealing with the same leak again next month. If you’ve noticed water spots, bubbling paint, missing shingles, or you just have a gut feeling your roof took a hit after the last storm, it’s worth checking now.
