Had born to roof come out and install new flashing on my chimney about a year ago. They came out and did half of it, then it took months for them to come out to do the other half. I am currently having another roofing company redoing the work they did due to rotting wood and water leaks in my house. They didn’t even match the shingles I have on my new roof, the shingles they put down wasn’t installed properly, the gutters they installed on my house doesn’t even flow down towards the down spouts and the flashing they used wasn’t even doing anything to protect my house from water. Stay away from this contractor if you want to save ur money.

Born To Roof works with and has 1000's of customers that would disagree ,and based on no more information that was given its really hard to tell if this is not a competitor or something other ,there is no call back number or details to go off of,we seriously go over a complaint but for someone to just say it was a rude inquire was this by phone at a gas station next door to a project,we have nearly 100 people employed im sorry for your interaction but at a loss on how to remedy

Didn’t repair roof, still leak, and never came back to resolve the issues. Was paid $1200.00 more than worth.

These guys are the most unprofessional outfit in the State. Their services is slow and the quality of their work is poor. They are out to turn as many roofs as possible and their owner cares nothing about quality and had a foul mouth on him. Makes his girlfriend do his dirty work.

there is no brian copeland in our records and it appears the person that left this review is only trying to malice our good name for personal gain seems to be another competitor taking advantage of google review and can write anything but by the slim chance of being legitimate please call the office we strive to satify all even our competitors

You definitely get what you pay for, had them come out to replace soffit and fascia and repair some singles. The shingles they replaced blew off within the first week, they left trash in my yard and nails. All four cars at the residence had at least one flat tire all with nails and we had to pay to have them replaced. I called a little while later for him to come out to check something dealing with the work he did, never showed up or called back. I would not recommend!!!

Amazing job! We recently bought a new home and discovered it had a hard to find leak on a flat section of our roof… Felix came out almost immediately (in the rain), found the issue, and had it all fixed up the next day! Will definitely use him again!

Born to Roof installed a new roof and gutters to my home! They were the best priced out of several quotes, friendly, professional, and efficient. Would 100% recommend using their services, I have also referred several friends to them and they have also had great experiences with Born to Roof.

Recommended to us by our insurance professional. Had another company door knock and take look at our roof but got these guys out for a second opinion. Felix was honest and gave us his opinion, which we went with. Communication was smooth from start to finish.

BTR did a fantastic fix on our roof. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they did the work quickly and efficiently. They showed up when they said and the quote was exactly what the job cost. It was a very neat repair. We Definitely will use them again for inside and outside work!

I will never use another roofing company, period. It looked like my roof had been messed up because of the way it was previously repaired. It’s a hundred years old. He showed up as expected to do the job just to let me know there was nothing wrong with the roof. He crawled in my attic space to make sure everything was correct and good. They were probably here an hour and half. Refused to accept money. He said no charge and it’s a pleasure to serve. I don’t know what you call honest, but he could have charged me a lot of money. How many people do that these days? I don’t know the answer to that question, but I trust Felix. Good guy.
