After finding this roofing company online and reading many strong reviews, I decided to call for a roof estimate. I reached out on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Shawn. In our first conversation, two things stood out right away. He said his goal was to earn a 5-star review, and he also explained that once the new roof was installed, standing behind it became his responsibility. He was talking about the lifetime leak warranty offered with the roofing system, which gave me real peace of mind. Shawn scheduled a Monday morning visit to inspect my roof and provide a quote. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable about metal roofing, especially standing seam systems. After reviewing the estimate for a standing seam metal roof and going over a few small details, I felt comfortable moving forward with the project. About two weeks later, the roofing crew, led by Clayton and Oliver, arrived early and got started right away. They were professional, organized, and respectful of my property from start to finish. Both Clayton and Oliver answered every question I had and kept checking in to make sure I felt informed during the installation. It quickly became obvious that they knew roofing well and truly cared about doing the job the right way. The whole roofing team showed real pride in their craftsmanship. The quality of the metal roof, the clean installation, and the attention to detail all reflect that. In Florida heat and heavy rain, having a durable metal roof installed by a skilled crew matters, and this team delivered exactly that. Not only were Shawn, Clayton, Oliver, and the rest of the crew highly skilled, they were also genuinely good people. They absolutely earned a 5-star review from me.

William and the crew at Bold Frame Roofing did an excellent job finding the source of my roof leak and pointing out a few other problem areas that needed attention. This was the best experience I have had with a roofing contractor. They showed up on time, were professional, and did a very thorough roof inspection. The work was completed on schedule, and every step was explained clearly in simple terms. William also took photos of the damaged shingles, flashing, and trouble spots, then walked me through what they meant and what repairs were needed. In Fort Lauderdale, with the strong sun, heavy rain, and storms, it really helps to have a roofer who understands local roof issues and knows what to look for. I had tried other contractors before without getting real answers, but this team finally solved the issue and gave me confidence in the repair. I would gladly call them again for any roofing problem and highly recommend their service.

We hired Bold Frame Roofing to replace the full roof on our larger home in Fort Lauderdale after strong wind damage. William and the crew were great from start to finish, and the whole roofing process was smooth, clear, and well organized. They finished the roof replacement ahead of schedule and kept everything within budget, which we really appreciated. The crew was friendly, professional, and hardworking. They stayed focused on quality workmanship, kept the job site as clean as possible each day, and did an excellent cleanup when the project was complete. They also took the time to explain the roofing materials, answer our questions, and make sure the new roof was ready to handle the heat, heavy rain, and windy weather common in South Florida. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, they are a great choice. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them.

This roofing company is the absolute best. I called about a roof leak that was causing a ceiling stain, and I was really stressed. Clayton came out the same day, checked the problem, and made me feel at ease right away. He explained the roof damage, the repair process, and what I needed to share with my insurance company in simple terms that were easy to understand. They helped guide me through the insurance claim, and the whole process moved quickly and smoothly. My full roof replacement was approved, and the new roof was scheduled fast. The office team was also amazing and handled the paperwork promptly, kept me updated, and answered every question I had. I did not know much about roofing before this, but they took the time to explain everything about shingles, leak areas, and the replacement work so I felt confident from start to finish. Even the insurance adjuster seemed impressed by how organized and professional they were. Great communication, fast service, honest help, and 5-star customer care. I highly recommend them for any roof leak or roof replacement.

Working with Clayton on my sister’s home for a new roof, gutters, flashing, and soffit work really changed our view after past contractor issues. From the first time we asked for an estimate, he was professional, friendly, and respectful. During the whole roofing project, communication stayed clear and consistent, and we always knew what was happening next. He never made a decision on his own without checking with us first, which gave us real peace of mind. The crew kept the job moving smoothly, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was done the right way. If you want dependable service and a stress-free experience, we highly recommend Bold Frame Roofing. We are already looking forward to working with him again on our next home project.

My husband and i had the chance to work with jace, and he truly went above and beyond. Our roof had not been installed the right way before, and jace corrected the full roofing system, replaced the trim, and properly sealed the skylights that had been done wrong. He took time to explain the roofing issues left by the previous crew, including problem areas with flashing and sealing, and then fixed everything the right way. He was kind, honest, and very easy to talk to throughout the whole project. The work was handled with real care and attention to detail, and we felt confident from start to finish. In Florida heat and heavy rain, it is important to have a solid roof, and he made sure our home was protected. We are very thankful for the quality work and the way he treated us. If you need roofing work done, reach out to jace. You will be very happy with the results.

I recently had a fantastic experience with a roofing company in Fort Lauderdale. I had a flat roof over my bedroom that had been leaking for quite a while. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and Shawn, the project manager, showed up right on time. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I thought I’d just get an estimate, but to my surprise, they went ahead and fixed the leak right then, without any charge. The level of service truly impressed me and took a huge weight off my mind. If you have any roofing issues, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Their team is reliable and the communication is top-notch. I’d give them more than five stars if I could! Wonderful service.
