  I would not feel comfortable using this company to do my roof with how often I’ve witnessed the drivers not using their turn signals. I wouldn’t trust someone who cut corners the way the drivers do, because what other corners are you going to cut when doing a roof? Add in: found out this is the same company where the driver pulled out of the lot and almost hit me, didn’t even care abt checking on me either. Great 👎🏾

  Edit: Dave, you know there isn't an email address on your website. Maybe type your little yahoo address at the bottom of the page. Better yet, take 15 minutes and set it up with your domain name so you don't look like a clueless boomer. I attempted to email through your portal and gave you nearly two weeks to respond. You didn't. I didn't represent myself as anything different from what I am, a professional. Repairing and caulking the window casing took me, alone, half an hour. You had four guys come to the house (late) with no tools for inspection or repair (or even a ladder) and wasted more time than it took me to resolve the issue. Original post: Unprofessional, unresponsive, overpriced, rude, and dismissive during a warranty repair. If you value your time, money, or sanity, use someone else. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing because I was dealing with a warranty repair, not an optional new service call. That should have made the process straightforward. Instead, the experience felt like avoidance, defensiveness, and poor customer service. When a business provides a warranty, that warranty should mean something. It is not just language used to close a sale. It is a commitment that if something goes wrong during the covered period, the business will take the issue seriously, inspect the problem in good faith, communicate professionally, and make a reasonable effort to resolve it. Rather than being helpful or responsive, they were rude and dismissive. The tone was not that of a company trying to stand behind its work or honor its obligations. It felt like they were looking for reasons to brush off the issue, minimize the concern, and avoid responsibility. That is especially frustrating when the customer has already paid and is only asking the business to address a covered problem.   Sales guy calls and leaves a voicemail at 11am saying he will be 15 mins late to our 11am appointment. Not a problem. Shows up, looks at what’s needed and says “This is not a good fit, we don’t tie into roofs that are 15 years old.” House was built in 2009, recently put on a front porch and had called them to setup an appointment. Told them the age of the house and that they will be tying into an existing roof. Guy on the phone said not a problem and sets up appointment. Sales guy comes out and immediately says “not a good match, not our process and we will never tie into existing roofs.” I understand if that is their policy, I don’t understand why would you waste somebody’s time when you could have said that on the phone. And the sales guy was extremely rude, tells me “we can argue about it if you want” LOL Rude and obnoxious pretty much sums up my experience with the sales guy who showed up from this company.

  I was helping my uncle who had a small problem with his roof. The roof was installed by Black Rock. Unfortunately, after many phone calls promising to evaluate the situation, he had to give up and seek another roofing company. I'm sure they are busy, however honesty outweighs false promises.

  I am having a major problem with this company, they had did a complete tear off last spring well come to find out they did not do the corner of the cabin right which lead up to the roof to bubble. Also we had some damage done by a storm we had this summer and call them to give us an estimate for the insurance and the cost of repair included the corner of the cabin, the insurance adjuster wanted to meet with Dave for an explanation of where the cost was coming from, Dave stood him up. Now with winter just about upon us and the roof leaking where the roof bubbled up. (note this is on work that was done last spring) I have call them a couple of times and was told that the message would be pass on to Dave, called again and was told that Dave was sick. I waited another week and still have not heard back from Dave, now Dave lives in Springville and he is the closest to us, what Black rock don't have another person to come out and get this work done. Dave knows what needs to be done so get a crew to talk with him and get a crew out here how hard is that, we paid them good money to do the work we expect good work for good money. What a mess this turned out to be, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please Black Rock get this work done.

  Black Rick roofing did a great job I stalling our roof and gutters. Prices were good for both. And they did a great job with clean up of nails afterwords we hardly saw any nails after they left!! I highly recommend them!

  I can't say enough good things about Black Rock. They were wonderful. Great price, great work. Very professional. They clean up well, if not for the new roof, you wouldn't know they had been there. My home looks so good now. I am a very happy, satisfied customer. I highly recommend Black Rock.

  Black Rock replaced our roof in 2024 and did a fantastic job. When wind damage tore the siding off the front of our house earlier this year, I had Black Rock do the repair and once again, they did a stellar job. I highly recommend them.

  We had an excellent experience with Black Rock Roofing from start to finish. Everyone, from the owners to the crew, was wonderful to deal with. We called on a Wednesday, and someone came out the following Monday to provide us with an estimate. We had to work through the insurance process before moving forward, and throughout that time they were patient, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Once we accepted the estimate, they initially told us they would be able to complete the roof in August or September. To our surprise, they called just a week later to let us know they had an opening and could fit us in the following week. The crew was efficient, hardworking, friendly, and professional. They completed our entire roof in about four hours, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They also did an excellent job cleaning up around our home when they were finished. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and the entire experience. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company, we highly recommend them!

  Black Rock Roofing replace a 21 year old roof and resided our entire home. We couldn’t be more happier with the finished product. The roof was a complete tear off and was completed in one day by a top notch roofing crew who were professional and skilled. Mike, Travis, and Chris completed the siding of our home with exceptional workmanship and service. I would recommend Black Rock to anyone who is thinking of replacing their roof or siding. We have gotten loads of compliments from neighbors and people walking past our home. Mark Beyer, estimator, was awesome to work with- very responsive and willing to listen and work within our budget.
