  Independent insurance adjuster found no issues with my roof when I was quoted for a full replacement (apx 3x higher than my last quote). Seemed reputable previous year but as always get multiple quotes and opinions. All I know is this process was a waste of my time and led to unnecessary stress.

  I saw a crew of roofers repairing a building in my neighborhood, and got the contact info from them. BWR quoted me two parts of my job, and during a call the representative I was talking to offered me a $500 discount for having both done at the same time. I submitted payment and then was challenged on the price by a different BWR employee who basically was accusing me of trying to scam them. It took me time and several calls to sort it out. They use subcontractors and none of the laborers are employees of BWR it seems. I asked that the entire roof be inspected and repaired for leaks. This did not happen. I was up on the roof after and can clearly see many nail pops and leak points. So now I need to hire a second roofing company to come back and complete the job . The parts of the job they did complete were done well. Issue clearly lies with BWR and not the subcontractor, he was really nice and did good work.

  I’m sorry for the initial confusion about your discount. That was our fault, and we have met internally to make sure we don’t have confusion like that going forward. The employee you talked to was confused about the discount but did not mean to imply that you were trying to scam us. And we are very sorry it sounded that way. We always send an inspector out after the job is done. The way we pay our laborers creates the most efficient, cost-effective quality result for our clients. However, people do make mistakes including our people and when they do, we want to make it right, if you will reach out to us by phone we will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied.

  Looking to get my rough replaced, I went into Billy white. They walked me through the showroom. And help me figure out what I needed. They were very professional and on time. It was important to get it done timely because it began leaking during one of the spring storms.

  BWR took care of me from beginning to end! I had a quote from another company but no follow-up after to see if I had any questions. Billy White came out to my house and did a final inspection. I am very pleased with the level of service I received and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

  I recently had a new roof installed by Ryan Hargets crew, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The crew was not only efficient, but also incredibly polite and respectful throughout the process. They took the time to explain different aspects of the installation, which I truly appreciated, it made me feel informed and confident in the work being done. One thing that really surprised me was how much the new roof transformed the overall look of my home. I didn’t realize going in that it would make such a noticeable difference, but it absolutely did. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend their team.
