Big River Roofing is very sorry that this customer feels this way. Our company has a stellar reputation in the industry, which is evidenced by our numerous positive reviews, and Big River Roofing is committed to making sure its customers are completely satisfied with our work. The statement made by this customer that her roof frame was damaged by Big River Roofing is simply not true. When Big River Roofing initially performed the re-roof work for this customer, one of our subcontractors unintentionally cut into a total of three (3) existing truss top chords when the deteriorated plywood decking was being removed. Unfortunately, sometimes minor errors occur in construction. However, the three chords which were unintentionally cut were cut only 3/16” at the heel of the truss, which is well under the allowable cut limit of 0.875”. Nevertheless, Big River added additional framing support to the three trusses, which provided additional stiffness to more than compensate for the minor truss chord cuts. Big River also hired a licensed engineer to inspect the issue and provide a report, ensuring that there are no structural issues whatsoever to this customer’s roof. A copy of the engineer’s report is attached. Despite the repairs and despite assurances to this customer that the roof was in no way compromised, this customer refused to allow Big River to complete the project and withheld monies owed for completed work. This customer has also refused to allow a subsequent inspection of her roof by second construction expert hired by Big River Roofing despite multiple requests.

This company installed a new metal roof. Eric was most helpful in providing information and options since we had never had metal roofing. The crews were wonderful and EVERYTHING was cleaned up perfectly. The installation was flawless and completed on time and on budget. I would recommend Big River for all your roofing needs

Big River Roofing has been phenomenal throughout the entire job. They were extremely patient while my family had to deal with the insurance company. They treated my house and roof as their own from start to finish. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company who does what they say look no further.

Entire roof needed replacement and Big River was selected because of their professionalism, keeping me appraised of material delays which were expected given IAN, scheduled work dates were kept and all the work was completed looks great. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

Big river provided services following hurricane Ian. They were extremely efficient from bringing the estimate, answering all our questions and finally delivering the service. We had our roof removed and replaced as well as gutter repair. All in a timely manner and Paige was there to respond and answer questions at every stage. Great family business that you can completely trust!

Big River Roofing did an exceptional job replacing my roof and gutters. From the start, Eric answered all our questions without pressuring us to sign any contracts. Dawn was able to e-mail proof of insurance and workmen’s comp as soon as we asked. The job started when they said it would, materials were delivered when Eric said they would and the job was finished on time. Our pool screen got a little rip during the shingle removal and that was replaced. I was completely satisfied with the entire job and I would definitely recommend Big River Roofing.
