  Got the roof done, after a very long delay, but caused lots of damage to: deck, porch railing, siding, landscaping, and dropped a roll of roofing paper through our roof which broke through our foam insulation and fell into our living room through the ceiling. It took months to resolve some of these issues, and some are still not fixed. I would not recommend. I did give two stars because they did adjust the cost of the roof as a partial payment for all the damage.

  Malia, We apologize for any damage done to your property during the roof replacement process. A roof replacement is a major construction project and sometimes things get scratched or damaged but Big League Roofers always works with our homeowners to come up with a solution that satisfies the homeowner, which we did in your case. You state in your review that we compensated you for these referenced items. We also repaired the hole in the ceiling and painted the ceiling due to us accidentally dropping the felt during the roof replacement. If you feel you were not compensated enough, or if you feel we need to reach another arrangement please call our office at 502-876-7663 and we will be more than happy to come up with the solution that satisfies you as we pride ourselves on 5 star Customer Service and it’s unfortunate that you feel Big League Roofers delivered 2 star customer service. We want to strive to make every job a 5 star experience.

  Raphael was amazing. He got with me the day I called. He was very kind and explained everything to me. He didn’t use a lot of shop talk or jargon talk. He was very realistic about the issues what I would need to have done and the poor repair that was probably done prior to my owning the home anytime someone will not ask for roofers. I will send them his number or have them contact all I can’t say better things about him and the service I have received. I will definitely recommend you all to everyone I work with and my friends.
