  I called to get a quote, but your customer service hung up on me. I think her name was Trixie or something; I can't recall exactly since she hung up as soon as I introduced myself. I thought the line was just disconnected, so I called right away, but she didn't answer. Lol, the photo attached is the phone number listed on your website. And no, I am not fake.

It also appears that your google account is fake account or spam / bot account.   They took 3 to 4 months to start after saying it would be one month. Once completed, they left trash, debris, and roofing nails that I still pick up to this day. They were supposed to complete vinyl siding on the side of my home that was apart of the insurance claim and they NEVER completed. Now I have mold growing on the wood. I would not recommend them to complete the roof on my dog’s house! Worst mistake ever! 1/1/2026. This company just responded to this review 2 years later with a fictitious reply. Only because we are in litigation with me in the court system about them, not completing the work nor replacing the vinyl siding that caused damage to the Structural integrity of my home. Now they are trying to minimize the situation. I have home insurance and they are the ones refusing to pay. The one star review remains, and if I could give them a negative number I would! Please do not use this company!

  Ms. Washington, You signed your work contract on 04/20/2023. Residents of Kentucky know that in March of 2023 the entire state experienced extreme winds that caused damage to thousands of homes in the Lexington area. Big League Roofers informed you that we would start on your project within 1 month, as long as we had a signed contract and a 50% deposit. You never made the full 50% deposit so your job did not get scheduled. Then in June of 2023, you reached out to Big League Roofer to express your concerns of why the roof wasn't replaced and that you wanted Big League Roofers to replace the roof as soon as possible even though you had not paid the agreed 50% deposit to start your work. If an effort to ensure your customer satisfaction, Big League Roofers went ahead and replaced the roof, even though Big League Roofers had not received the 50% deposit. This is not typically how we conduct business and due to experiences such as this one, Big League Roofers has changed our polices to not start any work without a minimum 50% deposit. After the roof replacement was complete Big League Roofers asked you to make payments towards your open balance and you refused. Big League Roofers offered multiple times to come back and replace the TWO PIECES OF SIDING that your insurance company listed on their estimate but we informed you MULTIPLE TIMES that Big League Roofers needed you to make payment(s) towards your open balance as the roof had been completed to your satisfaction. To this day you have yet to pay for your roof. You have an open balance of over $10,000 but yet you decide to write a 1-star review when you owe Big League Roofers over $10,000.00 That is a very interesting way to go about this considering we offered multiple times to come back but you refused to pay $10,000 because you say Big League Roofers did not replace the TWO PIECES OF SIDING and somehow in your mind the replacement of two pieces of vinyl siding is worth $10,000.00 There are always two side

  They came out to give me an estimate on some roof work. They left saying I'd have an estimate within 48 hours. I gave them 5 days and called them asking for the estimate and was told they'd email me back. The next day i received the email, it said they are too busy with other clients at this time and won't provide me with an estimate. Why the $%^& did you waste my time. I will never contact this company again. Edit (Response back to owner's comments): Was I aware of the storms on March 3rd? Of course I was! I had 6 downed trees, roof damage, facia damage. It was part of the reason I reached out to you all. During the storm we lost several shingles, which in turn, lead to leaks as I waited for another company to come out and get the job done. The only timeline I was concerned with was the one you guys set for yourselves and that was the fact that I'd receive a quote within 48 hours. You guys didn't meet the timeline you set and I had to call in order to receive an email saying you guys weren't gonna do the job. In fact, I called near the end of business hours and I received the email after business hours that day, so I didn't see it until the following day. I never gave you all a timeline for any of the work. Unbeknownst to me, I did need the shingles to be repaired ASAP, as they caused leaks and damaged my drywall, carpets and bedding. The first time I called, I described exactly what I needed done. Then your guys came out and looked at what needed to be done. Then it took 5 days and a phone call to receive an email saying you couldn't do it. Which, yes, wasted my time when I could have had another company out to do the estimate. I even replied back, asking if I could still get the estimate for when you guys weren't so busy and got the reply, "Yes, that is something that we would definitely be able to do later this year." I NEVER received an estimate to this day, which is fine, because the projects are done now. As for priority, I would not have expected to be

  Mr. Myers, I am not sure if you are aware of the storm that happened on March 3rd in Kentucky, but thousands of homes in Lexington were damaged from high winds and have missing shingles that can quickly lead to leaks. Big League Roofers has been prioritizing these customers and trying to get their roofs replaced as quickly as possible due to the catastrophic wind event. Due to this fact, Big League Roofers could not complete your work in the timeline you expected, due to our prioritization of emergency tarps and replacing missing shingles. As to timelines, you called Big League Roofers on 3/29/23 and we arrived on 3/30/23 to inspect the roof and you were sent an email on 4/3/23 letting you know we would not be able to meet your expected time line. Hope you can understand and remove this 1-star review as Big League Roofers stayed in communication with you in a timely manner, but you did not like that Big League Roofers is currently prioritizing homes with missing shingles above your requested scope of work.

  I had these roofers come by to give me a quote on fixing a leak in the metal roofing on my 8' x 14' porch roof. I was told their company wouldn't be able to warranty any repair on such a roof based on the low slope angle and instead they would have to install a EPDM rubber roof. I was given a "ball park" estimate of $3,000 or approx. $26.78 per square foot. Absurd. It would be more respectful to just say to someone asking for a honest quote to state "we won't do this" instead of giving such a ridiculous quote.

  Derek, Our inspector came out and gave you his best recommendation for the slope of your porch. We do not price jobs of this size by the square foot. In addition, there are a lot of moving parts to your estimate including the removal of metal panels, removal of shingles, dumpster fees, EPDM commercial style roofing system, etc. etc. There are more affordable options if you would like to call our office to discuss. 859-693-7663

  I highly recommend Big League Roofers. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and very nice. I was guided through the entire process and helped with dealing with my insurance company. The day of installation was easy and the finished roof looks great.   We could not have made a better choice to use Big League Roofers to replace our roof. They were on time, cleaned up everything around the areas where they worked (even the nails), did a great job on our roof and it looks great. Jose Bustingorri was our salesman and did an outstanding job. The owners personally checked the job thoroughly. We would recommend BIG LEAGUE ROOFERS to anyone.
