The company owner was very nice and the crew came when scheduled but the owner and crew didn’t respect the small details of my house and have not fixed our issue of exposed wood. So to me that’s poor management and workmanship to not address the roof details.

Ms. Algie, thanks for the perspective, however I don't think this accurately reflects the entirety of scope of work or communication. While I regret your BR rep did not effectively communicate, he had resigned without notice or proper transition of data. Having reviewed your contract, no written agreement was authorized for additional work beyond what was completed. You request for BR to assess and quote a resolution to exposed wood was not caused by BR, but an existing issue you recently hoped to resolve. As shared in conversation, significant life events took precedent over normal communication. While this may not seem fair, BR respectfully requests that you understand when there is loss of life, a bit of grace should be extended.

This company sided my whole new build house and did a fantastic job! The owner was in constant communication so I always knew what was going on. Words to describe this company: professional, courteous, quality, communicate, timely. They went above and beyond what was expected to provide a good experience.

Our experience with Beyond Roofing from the start went very smoothly. Stephen was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I asked how his installers were, I was told he had a great team of guys. Well he was absolutely right they were there when we were told they would be, done and cleaned up in no time. Our roof looks great! I highly recommend Beyond Roofing and would use them again if ever the need!

Beyond Roofing is truly outstanding! From the very first call to the final inspection, their professionalism and commitment to quality were second to none. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. Communication was excellent—they explained every step clearly and made sure I felt confident about the process. The craftsmanship is top-notch. My new roof looks incredible, and I know it’s built to last. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and genuine customer care, but Beyond Roofing does exactly that.
