  Was looking to replace my roof got several quotes including Bevins, who was highly recommend to me from neighbors. During my phone call for a quote I was left on the phone while secretary had a gossip session instead of responding to me on the phone. I went ahead an scheduled the quote meeting and was met with a very poor customer service experience. I was happy to see that they were the cheapest with all their recommendations and ready to move forward, however, when I contacted GAF about their certified installer number and warranties they included on my paperwork I was sad to find out that the materials were under no warranty as they had not filled proper paperwork. Called for a follow up to clear the air and find out if this was a mistake. The lady I spoke to did not sound shocked, she took my name and number down to follow up, but has yet to call several weeks later. Sad to see so many people not getting what they were promised.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience with Bevins Roofing was unsatisfactory. Regarding your initial contact with the office, I am not sure who I would have been gossiping with as I work in the office alone. If someone came into the office, I would have acknowledged them and returned to the call. Regarding your follow-up phone call, we did follow-up. After inquiries, currently our GAF certification is pending, and we are now working to update. GAF Roofing Systems automatically come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty which can be registered by anyone. On review, there were no warranties listed on your proposal beyond the 7-year workmanship guarantee which is provided by Bevins Roofing, not GAF, so we are not sure what "warranties they included on my paperwork" you are referring to. The estimator's number was listed on the proposal; he would have been happy to answer any questions that you had regarding the proposal if contact with the office was unsatisfactory. We appreciate the feedback; there is always room for improvement.

  This problem was rectified. After having two of our technicians out to check the problem and the customer was not satisfied, Mr. Bevins did pay to have the microwave replaced, which is what the customer wanted.

  Great work professional. 1 month later had a mechanic's lein placed against my house for the work I already paid for. Bevins works with a shady Superior Distribution company that looks up your address and knowingly tries to extort more money from you. Now Im Facing lawyer fees and a lein after a smooth transaction with Bevins. Bevins is in debit and their debit collectors don't care who they hurt (including law abiding paying customers) to try and collect money from Bevins. DO NOT GET WORK DONE WITH BEVINS ROOFING or Superior Distribution. I am not the only one.

  They don’t stand behind their warranty work and even takes forever to get them to even evaluate the problem. Once they get your money forget getting them back. Buyer beware!

  These guys did an awesome job on my new roof! In and out in one day! Everything was cleaned and picked up.. GAF, latest in asphalt shingles roofing. Also rain delayed this job. Blevins kept in touch and kept me updated on start date. Great job. Replaced the ridge vent, added a kitchen exhaust vent.

  I cannot recommend Bevins Roofing enough. They are a small, family owned business, who provides excellent customer service. They do have only one crew, that only does one job at a time. The advantage to this is that they will make sure that your project is finished Before doing anything else. Because they are a small business, their prices are excellent. They provide the same materials and warranties as the larger roofing companies in town, but at a fraction of the price. Several houses in my neighborhood have been re-roofed, including my own, by Bevins, and they look amazing. One thing I truly appreciate is that Gary does not lie to you in order to charge you more. every contractor that I spoke with recommended an expensive ridge vent for my house, which has multiple small ridges, and Gary was honest in telling me that the benefit compared to standard roof vents and attic fan would be very minimal. I have had a couple of service calls since the installation, and their responses were prompt and they fixed these issues correctly. If I had another roof, I would have them do it again!

  I have had two houses that I own where Bevins replaced the roof, one three years ago snd the one I live in 11 years ago. I had had no, zero issues with the roofs. If and when another one, I will call Bevins.

  Discovered a leak in the roof over my covered porch on a Sunday evening, called Bevins Roofing Monday first thing Monday morning, had a call back that same day and set up a meeting for a repair inspection & quote Tuesday morning. Quote received via email Tuesday mid-day. Signed and returned and set repair for Friday morning. Repair fully completed by Friday mid-day. I've used Bevins Roofing services on both of my properties and have always been satisfied with their communication and workmanship.

  Had Bevins Roofing replace the roof on our house and garage. Alvin and his crew did an exemplary job removing the old and installing the new roof. They worked dawn to dusk for two days, resolved hiccups promptly, and did a great cleanup. Thoroughly recommend.

  Bevins replaced our roof years ago, we're very happy with it. On one occasion where we experienced a leak around the chimney, there was no fault with the roof to chimney, but the chimney itself was leaking through. They applied a clear sealant to the outside of the chimney, not a drop since, and they didn't even charge us.

  Bevins just completed replacement of large sunroofs in our two story home and appears to have done a great job. We'll know for certain when it rains again. They showed promptly on a day when the weather turned cold and extremely windy overnight. Worked hard and long all day, cleaning up all the debris blowing around all day. Panels look great and believe they won't leak. Great service and good crew. Would recommend Bevins for roofing and sun panel replacement.
