  Ms Alisha was approved in full for the contracted siding project prior to materials being ordered. Once materials were received, we spoke to the customer directly on the scheduled installation date, there were no talks about canceling during this timeframe. Not only are we, the contractor, contracted to complete the project, but she as the customer is contracted to have our company provide the service, so when the customer tried to cancel just prior to installation, did not provide requested letter of financial hardship and then called back to have project installed because she verified she could not have the work done elsewhere, we proceeded as normal. Typically, customers in financial hardship are not also having their home measured and quoted for windows and trim or fencing while we are in progress of installation. Our pricing is set at a fair market value for a full brick and mortar company in business since 1989 offering 10 year installation warranties. We are sorry to hear you were upset that you could not negotiate the price to something you wanted to pay after the work was installed, as it sounds like someone offered to do the work cheaper as you were getting some additional quotes on other work. Since the financing company had a signed financing authorization form and final financing signature, they too would not change the price to her preference. All is closed and our end and we wish you luck with your other upcoming and/or future projects.

  Must say they are full of hoops and tricks. Wouldn’t trust anything they said even if it’s in writing. Had work done and I always feel like I’m in a battle with them. I do not trust them at all and regret that I chose them.

  I had two shingles come off in a wind storm, they were on the lowest course on the section with the lowest pitch. I called Premier because they did the installation 20 years ago - but had to come back twice and fix errors found by a contractor doing remodeling. Premier Roofing wrote an estimate for $650 citing the "minor repair." I was out of town and needed the work done, so his interaction was with my young adult daughter. I emailed back assuming that he had misquoted (sent someone else's quote) me as 2 shingles and 30 minutes (maximum) of work certainly is not fairly valued at $650. I never received a reply back. The work was ultimately completed by another roofing professional for $110. I can only assume that Premier Roofing was trying to take advantage of my absence and the women in my house or that they did not want the work, in which case I would have appreciated them just telling me so.

  As a women owned business and a roofing professional, we can assure you that your storm damage repair quote is not reflective of an opportunity to take advantage of the women during your absence; we have set pricing for our representatives to follow. We value all of our customers and see in our sent mailbox that our representative did respond to your email. Sometimes customers decide to go a different route, but you were given a fair market quote from a roofing professional that is fully staffed, has an office and runs their own trucks. In 2011 you had us repair storm damage for about $400 and the price of materials (along with almost everything else) has risen since then, especially in the last 2 years.

  This company did a door-to-door canvass in our neighborhood. We invited them out to give us an estimate for a roof, siding, and trim. We liked the sales pitch. We gave them a deposit and awaited the arrangements for financing. They came back with a rate much higher than we were willing to pay and we have a good credit score. They did not refund our deposit and didn't do any of the work. Nowhere in the contract does it state that a deposit you give before you even apply for financing is non-refundable. Don't give these people any money unless you are sure you're going to use their services. In my opinion, they are shady and operate in bad faith and I would never recommend them to anyone. Rebuttal: If it's not your company, then you need to sue. I have a contract with your letterhead. I also have the estimate with your letterhead. And the salesperson that wrote the contract gave us a business card with your number that calls your business. Finally, when I was able to speak to someone in your office about the matter, she stated that the owner says that I should be lucky that I didn't get sued for the remainder of the contract. In my opinion, this company is a rip-off.

We believe that you have reviewed the wrong company because we have never kept a customer's deposit when they did not qualify for financing. Premier Roofing & Siding was sorry to read about your experience. We hope you found a reputable company to do your project. Reply to Rebuttal: We were unable for find you in our data base or our cancelled files, however, we would like you to call the office at 757-543-8958 so we can get more information from you to verify and see what had happened. It is not our company practice to keep deposits. Our contract has a 3 day rescission period. We look forward to hearing from you. Follow up: We have not heard from you! We would like to verify your information. If it was our company we would like the opportunity to investigate the situation.

  Hired Premier in November to fix a leak over a bay window near the eve. Quick repairs done on two occasions, but the leak was not stopped. After informing them of this, they made two additional visits to reassess the problem without performing any work. By April, five months later after their first repair was done, the leak was still not repaired. The contract was terminated at that point.

  Unfortunately repairs can be exploratory by nature and it was more than just the roof contributing to the leak, the contract signed was only for a roof repair. After repairing the roof, the leak has lessen and the roof is no longer leaking, but the bit of water coming in still is from the trim and gutters. Our mechanic did show you were this was all happening and office quoted for trim and gutter repair. Although you did not decide to have us do the additional repairs, we do wish you luck on the trim and gutter repairs necessary to stop the rest of the water.

  Hired them to do siding and had the worst experience possible. They used a subcontractor that botched the job and caused my house to flood! They initially tried to fix it without insurance, and I had to argue to get someone out. It was almost a month before anyone came out to remove the water in my walls. After 3 months and 2 insurance companies (theirs and the subcontractors) my house is finally back in order.

  Wood trim vinyl wrap project was completed quickly (spanned two days) and professionally. Roof maintenance work in November was done quickly and professionally. Warranty covered repair done yesterday (July 28, 2026) for a small job to replace roof collars that was done in November 2025. Fantastic service!!

  I had a rubber vent to go bad after 12 years. It was replaced with an aluminum one. Fast and easy repair. Repair man took time to climb in attic area to see if there was any wood damage. He said look good. The only thing that bothers me was waiting for the repair to get scheduled. I think repairs should be a priority before damage occurs. The rest of the service was wonderful.
