  Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Got our siding done by this company 6 years ago or so and have had issues with leaks and the flashing chipping and peeling just a couple of years after. We have attempted to contact several times and they said that nothing can be done but we have contractors telling us that the leak is coming from the siding. And when it comes to the chipping and peeling of the flashing I was told that there is no warranty on that and I’m out of luck . Would not recommend this company as they don’t stand behind their work. Respectfully ….I can provide receipts that we did use your company should anyone from your company care to respond to the issues.

  They don't service their customers. If you're not doing a big job they don't want to talk to you. Not a good company.

  I am still in shock at what happened. The roofing installer we worked with was rude and condescending with me throughout the estimate process. He acted as if my questions during the estimate process were annoying. In the beginning of February the first estimate was done virtually with aerial views but since we had a flat roof, he came to the property and did a visual inspection of it. He pointed to a spot where the debris trailer would be placed that my husband thought was the grass beside the greenhouse . He came out a second time because we were thinking of shortening our carport and he was checking to see if they could do the work for us (which they could not) . We ultimately decided to go with Jayhawk because the price was good and the reviews were good; and I thought maybe he was just having some bad days. We knew the shingles were on backorder but when I sent an email to try and get an update, he didn't respond. I waited about a week and sent another email. He finally called me back and said "Why didn't you just call me?! I told you it would take awhile for the shingles to get in." So the shingles finally come in and we got the install date for today. I talked with him yesterday (and he was actually polite). We had a long discussion about moving cars out of the driveway for them to get the equipment close to the house. We have a concrete double car width driveway and a gravel single driveway so I clarified the cars had to be moved off of the concrete driveway. We moved the cars and a work trailer off it, but didn't move some mowers and table (he didn't tell us to). Well we didn't move the cars on the gravel driveway, and that SET HIM OFF. Even at this point we were willing to move the cars because we knew it must have been a misunderstanding. But he was so angry and belligerent that there was no other option. He said we should they had to move our mowers and table too. Again, we would have done all of this had we known.

  Stay away from Jayhawk exteriors. They destroyed the roof of my sunroom by nailing shingles directly into the metal roof a few years ago when they were hired by the previous home owner to reroof the house. The sunroom roof started leaking …

  Ty came out after we noticed a small leak, and took the time to get on our roof while it was still sprinkling rain. He found the issue quickly and resolved it, and walked us through everything. We had previously worked with Jayhawk and had a good experience, and we're looking forward to getting them back to address other issues. Ty is awesome!

  The Deep Creek Commons Condominium Association in Chesapeake, VA hired Jayhawk Exteriors, Nick Howerin, Owner, for a major multi-building roof replacement at our 40-unit condo community, and their team managed the HOA-specific logistics efficiently from day one. On-site Project Managers Jordan Holland and Mike Gish set a clear scope of work, notified residents with notices in advance about parking and noise, and kept both our board and community manager, Da’nia Bennett with Associa Community Group informed daily. Jayhawk’s project management team remained available for questions, concerns, and accommodations throughout the work. The crew arrived on schedule, respected private property, and maintained a debris-controlled job site with in-house rubber-tire dumpsters and magnetic nail sweeps. High-quality GAF Shingles were installed. The new roofs look fantastic! We highly recommend Jayhawk Exteriors for multi-family and association roofing projects.

  Jayhawk Exteriors installed new siding and replaced a few windows on my home. Mike gave me a good price and he was responsive with texts and calls. I'm really pleased with how well it looks. A few neighbors have complimented me on it too.

  I have no words to express how grateful I am to the team for my new roofs. This team put roofs on my rental and my new home and pool house including shed. The work was PHENOMENAL. Special shout out to JORDAN and MIKE for not getting roof stuff all in my pool and for after a long day at work taking 10 minutes at the end of their day to help me.   Jayhawk is the most fabulous company I have worked with. They do excellent work and stand by their work. Jayhawk has done roofs and pool fence in our condo community and very professional. I would recommend them for anything.

  Arrived on time, worked all day. Completion are above my expectations. Replaced a board at the top of house with poly something. The flashing around the chimney and where my house meets my neighbors was very thorough. I was extremely pleased with the workers. Excellent crew with superb skills. As I look around my neighborhood (townhouses) I see that the roof job was excellent!
