  ASK FOR A DETAILED, AND ITEMIZED QUOTE!!! ASK FOR EVERY DELIVERABLE TO BE ON THAT QUOTE! Absolutely NOT satisfied with the outcome (and/or the price). Since I've paid a lot of money for not that much of work, I was expecting to have purchased the "carefree" package (no worries, all inclusive). What I got was an overpriced service, and unplanned day of work for myself. But let me start from the beginning. I was pleasantly surprised to have an estimator/sales guy meeting me the next business day. He was friendly, confident, and - as promised - sent the quote the same day. The quote had a minor mistake, and within 30 minutes I received a revised one. Great job. Well - great job selling. I explained to the sales guy that I didn't want to take care of anything, and didn't want to get my own hands dirty. Since a door was to be replaced, the sales guy even told me to purchase the door on my own to save money. Two days later: A call from a person I never spoke to, telling me that the installer is outside. Luckily, I was at home. The installer didn't speak English. He had to use his phone to translate. Since he couldn't finish the job, he came back. Same thing: A call from a person I didn't know, telling me that the installers (two people, both not speaking English) were here. About 4 or 5 hours later, they were gone. I looked at the work, and found that the door frame wasn't painted, and the frame on the inside was still in the same poor/rotten condition as before. So I texted the sales guy. Respone: "No that's the interior trim, we don't do interor work, and we aren't a paint company". And then telling me that I should've purchased a different door (note: I told him, that I'd like to send him the link to door, so he could confirm that it fits - but he said "as long as it's a 32in outside door, it's fine"). And to add to it, then telling me that I could just purchase the inner trim myself and "nail it up". That is exactly what I did NOT want to do. ... oh, and the doo

  Would have loved to have considered this company for our projects, but still haven't received our quote. We were looking at getting a fence and deck (possibly a small concrete patio in future). Ray came out on a Monday, took measurements and said she would have a quote to us before lunch on Tuesday. She asked that we send her our property survey. I sent the survey at 6:30am on Tuesday and never got our quote. I even followed up on Wednesday morning and still no response by Thursday. It appears they didn't want our business. 186sqft of fence, and a 10x19' deck and we couldn't even get a quote. Very disappointed in this company.

  Regarding roof replacement (October 2024): The clean up was grossly inadequate— I am still finding roof debris/NAILS daily, the security video showed a worker covering a pile of broken glass with mulch, the attic was trashed with debris (still trying to manage it today), the attic is hotter now than it was with the older roof— during the winter the attic was hot (strange then), the attic used to remain fairly cool (today the temperature is clocking 150 degrees), they required me to replace the sky lights (the trim looks poor, the flashing must be poor, the windows steam in rain). Basically, I am left wondering what the next step will be.

  Stay away! Their own employee said they didn't do proper work which is now causing damage and would fix the problem. His supervisor, of course, came out and said different. Then, in my own house, he insulted me personally and wouldn't leave the house when told to leave. Be careful to spend your hard-earned money with an organization that does poor work and disrespects the customers.

  Hello Tarek. We wish you had been more responsive as well. Something happened that caused the rep to not come to the appointment, and while we were trying to determine what happened, we immediately tried to arrange for a different rep to come out. But you hung up on our office manager. We ask you to understand that our reps are human and things happen in their lives just as in yours, and our company took immediate action to make it right. But you took out your anger on the office manager. Please consider in the future how this type of reaction affects others as well. We're sorry about the no-show, of course, and it's definitely not how we do business.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. We decided to replace our rotting deck with stamped concrete patio. We signed the contract in November and they did not start the patio until March of the next year. I took me letting them know I was contacting a lawyer to come out and start. We also did gutters, those ended up needing to be fixed by a different subcontractor since the original guys did it and the dark and they were cut too short. Do not use.

We apologize about the gutters, that definitely should not have happened and we ALWAYS correct work (for free) if it's not done correctly the first time. As you know, we've been going out of our way to make you happy, having now also completed a driveway for you. We waited to respond to this review until we had time to work with you on your concerns.   My experience with Quality Built exteriors was excellent. Ray was very knowledgeable and thorough. Pricing was very competitive. The installer was outstanding. They knew exactly what the job was and the work was done very well. I am completely satisfied. Marcus was the installer and his knowledge and work was great. Gutters perform perfectly and look amazing.

  Quality Built Exteriors did an AMAZING job on our roof - from the very first meeting to the final wrap-up! Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and polite. The crew was pleasant, respectful of the property, and kept the area clean throughout the entire job, and we could not be happier with the results! From the first person we spoke with to schedule the initial appointment for an estimate, to Mr. Lloyd Johnson - who gave us a fair quote and followed the process from start to finish (even checking up on us), to the hard-working crew who was up working on the roof - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!   The guys at Quality Built Exteriors were awesome! We had some roof work done by them, and it was all done in 1 day and it looks great! Lloyd is a great guy, very nice and easy to talk to. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for quality exterior work on their home it came out looking very professional and at a reasonable price! 10/10

  QBE installed a fence a few years ago and recently a gate started rubbing. I called and they came out, looked at the gate, and fixed it in no time. It works perfectly again! The fence is great and has stayed very nice looking. Highly recommended!

  I contacted QBE, and at first was discouraged because I set an appointment for them to give me a quote, but they never showed up. I called and spoke to a representative and expressed my frustration, he said please give us another chance to make this right. I work in the construction industry so I know things fall through the cracks, so I said yes. they sent me Ray. She was very thorough in making sure that my needs were met, she did not make me feel like I was wasting her time and she did not rush me to make a decision, and she answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked them. She said she wanted to send me her BEST installer, Marcus, so I may have to wait for his availability. John was her right hand man. He would keep me updated on the progress of the permit , deliveries, and when the project would actually start. he was very nice and professional. Marcus was worth the wait. He showed up on time, answered all my questions if I had any, and his work was done quickly and beautifully. Thank you Quality Built Exteriors team. i am so pleased with the end results!!!

  Quality work on two major jobs. Converted a screened in room on our deck into a beautiful glassed in sunroom. Replaced our 25 year old shingle roof also. Highly recommend you check them out.
