  This company is nothing but problems. Had a driveway installed and they dug through my internet line and multiple sprinklers. The driveway they put in is extremely uneven with a bad finish showing many large rocks at the surface and they didn’t bother to edge about 2/3 of it. They didn’t know to install expansion joints so the driveway damaged the foundation of my house. The owner Bobby Poynter has been blowing me off about the issues and is unwilling to fix the mistakes. Poor quality work and poor communication, stay away.

  Bobby and his crew installed a fence at our home last fall. We were not at the residence when it was being installed and did not monitor the work being done. When we saw the fence for the first time we noticed many things wrong with it. Bobby and another crew member came out to try and fix it. Long story short the fence is very badly constructed. My husband is very handy and noticed right away after we moved in this May. We have had two reputable fence companies come out to give us a bid on a new fence. Yes we need an entirely new fence. The people who came out from these companies literally laughed at the construction of the fence and could not believe the work that had been done. I recently called Bobby telling him what we found out from the other fence companies and he wanted to come out and take a look at it. After two failed attempts to give us a decent fence he failed so I refused his offer. We are asking for some sort of compensation for such unprofessional work. I would not give this company any stars, but I cannot submit without choosing at least 1. We are in the process of getting a new fence and went to check on the permit that Bobby said he obtained for the fence. Bobby charged us $98 for the permit. The City of St. Louis had no permit on file for our address. We had to obtain a new permit at the cost of $75.

  Tim with Best Roofing and Exteriors in St. Charles, Mo was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through my whole construction project. From the initial design, to the financing, through completion. I would highly recommend this company for their reliability, professionalism, and how knowledgeable Bobby and everyone was that I spoke with with the company. Also, the pricing was very reasonable, as well.

  After two major storms hit our home within six months, we were completely overwhelmed. The first contractor left us with unfinished work, loose ends, and a stressful situation that turned into a nightmare for my family. Then we found Bobby. From day one, Bobby went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did he step in and fix the mess left behind from the first storm, but he also handled all the repairs from the second storm with professionalism, integrity, and incredible attention to detail. His crew was reliable, skilled, and respectful throughout the entire process. What could have been a long, drawn-out disaster was turned into a smooth and reassuring experience because of Bobby and his team. We are truly grateful for his dedication and hard work.   Bobby provided an accurate 'up front' estimate for new soffit, fascia and siding - no surprises - and responses to my questions were answered promptly. Although the crews worked through severe hot weather, they were always courteous and respectful of my properly while performing meticulous work. 100% satisfied with a job well done.
