  Luke was great. But I'm still having leaks and I have had Best Case come out several times and still having issues. Called and talk to Sue and my wife has also talk to her and she was very rude and refuses to assist us with issues that we are having. We have pictures and she still refuses to send someone out to see what the issue is. You list the times you have sent someone out but some how you didn't list the other times when I had spots in kitchen and a spot in my bedroom after you replaced the roof that I had to come out of pocket to fix my ceilings. And if you replaced the chimney cap , the roof and chimney and it's still leaks in the same area you right there is a issue and as a customer if ask you to send someone out then that shouldn't be a issue either. And just to let you know we had our gutters replaced and we have gutter guards. But no worries we will look elsewhere to get issues corrected. You have a great day.

  -We originally inspected your roof on 06/13/2022 and documented the water getting in to your house through your chimney. -We replaced your roof one year later on 06/13/2023, to the specifications of an insurance settlement you had received, which included no chimney work, and the water intrusion issue still existed at your chimney. We documented where improper gutter pitch was causing excessive water to build up around the chimney and rotted the corner boards, as well as the cap having been rusted through. -On 08/25/2023 we replaced the rotted wood, sealed the area, installed new siding, and painted the chimney, we did this for you at our exact cost of goods and explained to you that this was a show of good faith since you had worked with us for a year, the original issue which was causing water to build up around the area and cause excessive rot was still present and explained to you. -October of 2024, 14 months after we completed work on your chimney, you called to let us know the leak was active again, and again we came to your home, provided a temporary fix, and explained the issue causing excessive water to the area. -On 12/16/2024, 2 months later you called us about the same leak, we again came out and provided a temporary fix and again explained and documented that this was not caused by work we did. -on 01/21/2025 you called us again, and we again sealed the area, explained, and documented that this was not caused by work we did. -on 08/20/2025 your wife called demanding we send someone same day to look at the same issue that we have inspected SEVEN times. You are taking advantage of our kindness which is the only reason we have continued to assist as much as we have, and you have neglected for 3 years to address any of the related issues to your home which continue to cause this. If you replace your entire chimney today, it will leak again in 1 to 2 years because you have not addressed your gutters' inability to effectively shed water from the area.

  I would NOT do business with this company again. Very deceptive and dishonest company. The company turned nasty, malicious, and sleazy once the Insurance company approved the claim. They used a good cop - bad cop strategy to minimize what they do for me as the homeowner DESPITE committments made by their representative. I had to also project manage the entire process including the installation. The company did AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE at the expense of me, the homeowner's peril.

  I loved working with this company. Chancy was amazing explaining what was going to happen and helped me thru the process with my insurance. The crew to do the tear off and install were on time, polite and most of all efficient. They did a wonderful job not only on the roof but also protecting my plants and pool from any debris.

  After some very negative experiences with contractors during our home renovation, I was skeptical of just about every company. My roofing representative was Luke Neyland and he completely understood my concerns. He reassured me from the beginning and even committed to being on site throughout the installation to give us extra peace of mind. That level of customer service meant a lot. One of my biggest concerns was protecting my landscaping. I've spent a lot of time and effort creating my garden and from past experiences, I knew many people don't always take the same level of care. I made this a priority during our conversations and they listened. The crew used wheelbarrows, large tarps, and other items to protect my garden and prevent any damage. Aside from a broken branch on my rose bush, everything was left in excellent condition. The roof looks great, the cleanup was thorough and most importantly they followed through on what they promised. I don't know about all at the company but those who i directly worked with were great! Thanks Luke for making the entire experience a positive one!
