  The entire painting of my house was supposed to be included in my bid. When they gave me my contract it didn’t include the house painting and I didn’t notice. Now they want to charge me over 5k. All my other quotes included full house painting and I told them and they said they were matching what I was getting with the other quotes I got. I feel cheated. No one reached out to me.

  Russell, I’ve reviewed your written contract and project file. The agreement includes roofing along with limited siding replacement and painting of those specific repaired areas only. It does not include full exterior house painting, and that scope remained consistent from the original estimate through the signed contract. The painting referenced was limited to those repaired areas. At your request, that portion of the work was not completed and was adjusted on the invoice accordingly.   They checked the roof area by the bathroom. They said they placed a covering under the outlet on the roof by the bathroom. At the porch area they removed the shingles and applied the covering and placed the shingles back securely. .

  I would not recommend Bert's Roofing. I called almost 2 weeks ago. When I did not hear anything from them, I called back and they had no record of my call. It has now been almost a week and I have still have not heard from them - so unprofessional. POOR SERVICE.

  We are sorry for communication issues. For the person that reads Google reviews, we have done no work here. A call was received on a Friday and a review left on Google the following Tuesday. As an established company, we are very busy rainy times of year. You were likely told of that when you initially called.

  Used twice for repairs with a good experience. After widespread storm damage, can't even get a call back, much less get a quote scheduled.

  I recently had old insulation removed and new insulation blown in. During this job, my contractors uncovered so much debris left in my attic years ago by Bert Roofing that the job could not even be completed. Ultimately, it cost me hundreds of dollars to have someone come in and remove all of the trash that Bert Roofing left behind. What lazy and unprofessional work. The company that originally blew in the insulation after the roofing job neglected to clean up your mess and blew insulation right over it. Don't worry, they'll be getting similar reviews all over social media. It's too bad that Bert Roofing cuts corners and does shoddy work. I actually need a new roof and was going to give you repeat business. It's a wonder my roof has lasted as long as it did. God knows what other corners you cut. Shame on you!

  We have no records of work done for Astrid Eleanor or any variation of it. We certainly have not received a request to clean up an attic in 2016. There are several roofing outfits that begin with "B" and are four letters that we have inappropriately been confused with after some time has passed. People should know we gladly and timely take care of all legitimate request. We have no record of one over being make in this case. Consumers should also be aware, that a properties attic is seldom exposed to debris. 99% of the time there is a solid wood deck under the shingles and above the attic space.

  Bert and his crew did an excellent job repairing my roof leak and chimney leak. The crew was courteous and respectful. It took a couple weeks after the completion of the roof repair before we got a good rain fall to see how the roof held up. I am satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Bert and for roof repairs. You’re in good hands
