  I hired Bastin Roofing for a major project and spent over $30,000 expecting quality workmanship. Unfortunately, the roof and flashing around my bay window were done poorly. The bay window began leaking, and when I contacted them, they blamed the window itself. I replaced the window at my own expense, only to find the leak persisted — proving the issue is with the defective roof and flashing. Despite multiple attempts to get them to repair their work, Bastin Roofing has ignored my requests. Very disappointing experience after such a large investment. Homeowners, be aware — my advice is to look elsewhere for a roofer who will stand behind their work.

  I am stunned you posted this we have an appointment with you weds. to look at the flashing that another contractor installed, that contractor is coming weds as well. And I paid you a little over $20,000 for your roof. And the roof has never leaked, you told me how good it looks, I would be happy to post pictures of your roof if you like . The leak according to you is the counterflashing on the brick.   Matt was friendly and very knowledgeable. The crew showed up at 545am and was done and cleaned up by 2pm. Very accommodating with our needs of what day was best for us. We're very happy with our new roof and recommend them highly.

  Bastin roofing gave me a beautiful new roof and the job was first rate in every way. Matt Rhodes and the whole crew could not have done a better job . I would recommend them to any one for their quality of craftsmanship. After the job all materials, nails , and screws were cleaned up completely . Matt answered all my questions about the job details and the materials they used. Rest assured Bastin will provide a very high quality job you will be happy with.

  Both times we have contacted Bastin Roofing for services, they provided a very quick response with reasonable quotes. They offered recommendations and options without high pressure. Once we agreed upon the services, the response time to complete the job was quick and professional. The detailed clean up is much appreciated as well.

  This is our 3rd roof on a 35 year old home. We upgraded to the Northgate climate flex, 50 year roof. Wind velocities and hail is increasing every year. So glad that Bastin roofing offered a higher grade product! Very happy with the price, workmanship and installation.
