  We recently had a tree fall on our tile roof in Round Rock and we reached out to a few different roofing companies. Austin Roofing Compsny answered on the second ring and was on our roof the same day doing an inspection and showing us photos of the damage. We opted for a full roof replacement. We were super impressed with their urgency in helping us resolve the issue with our roof. They had the entire roof taken off and a new tile roof installed in half a day. We watched them do the entire roof installation and it was super cool to see these guys at work because you could tell they had a system for making sure everything was done properly. We will absolutely be calling Austin Roofing Company again if we ever need help with our roof again.

  After the hail storm in Cedar Park, I just had a feeling to get my home checked out. There are so many roofing companies to choose from and it can seem overwhelming and confusing at times; however when searching for the best option for my home Austin Roofing Company had fantastic reviews.  I called and they had sent someone to come look at my home the next day.  The hail damage caused my home to need a full roof replacement, the Austin Roofing Company team was super transparent and made the entire process so easy, handled it professionally and in a timely fashion.  Will use again for any future needs and refer to all my friends and family!

  My wife and I noticed some damage on our roof and started the search for a roofing contractor here in Austin. We didn't know what to do because every company said they were the best. After talking to a few neighbors, we had heard a LOT of positive things about Austin Roofing company so we gave them a call. I am so happy we ended up using them because everything was a breeze. We called Austin Roofing Company and they answered in under 30 seconds. Chris was helpful immediately from the first call. He asked us if there was an active leak and got us promptly scheduled with a free inspection. The took detailed photos, and went through each one with us to show us the damage on our roof. Afterwards, they sent us a free estimate, and went over all different sorts of options for shingles from manufacturers like GAF, Owens Corning, IKO and Malarkey. I had previously spoken to a roof insurance adjuster who had denied our claim, but Chris was able to guide us through that whole roof insurance claim process, appeal and and make sure everything was covered by insurance. They were even able to get extra supplements. We ended up doing a full roof replacement for our home in South Austin and went with Malarkey shingles. They crew was punctual, very efficient, and empathetic to any of our concerns along the way. We will be recommending Austin Roofing Company to all of our neighbors in Austin moving forward because the experience was so good.

  they were OUTSTANDING. I was in a real jam and they went over and above to install my skylights far superior than the messed up ones they replaced. I highly recommend them.
