  Absolutely terrible experience with this roofing company. I asked a simple and reasonable question about their insurance coverage for the project, and instead of answering professionally, the project manager withdrew from the job completely. That response alone says everything. Any legitimate company should be transparent about insurance and able to communicate like professionals. Walking away because a customer asks basic questions is a huge red flag. Extremely unprofessional, poor communication, and suspicious behavior. I would never trust this company with my home. Strongly not recommended — stay far away from this company.

  STAY AWAY!!! Worst company ever. Juan lied through his teeth the whole time got mad and stopped replying to issues I had. We are reporting them for insurance fraud if they submit the roof as completed. Claimed to replace all materials on the roof but think rusted flashing with old nail holes is ok. Carmilo didn’t care which was “production manager” for the job. At the end both refused to do an inspection on the roof with me the owner which they said they would do. The owner Jose got involved and that was a joke also. Juan repeatedly mocked me for pointing out the damage they caused about 1k in damages. Also used my neighbors landscaping bricks to cover his massive ac condenser then threw them in a pile. This company is a fraud. I hope the insurance agency shuts them down. Now we have to hire outside inspectors for the roof, ac, and landscaping. This is just a small portion of what they did also.

  Where to start?! A week after my parents got their roof fixed I was visiting during a rain storm & noticed there was water leaking in the living room! Above their Bose entertainment system! I immediately rushed upstairs to their attic and there were several spots where water was coming into their attic & making it way down into their home. I immediately grabbed a few buckets & rags & cleaned up the mess. The next morning I told them to get on the phone with the roofers to do these repairs. Mind you they had just roofed the house 2-3 weeks prior to the rain storm. So they quickly responded sending a few guys out to do the repairs. My folks then explained that their Bose surround sound system had been damaged & would need to be replaced. This is where the nightmare began. I want to say it’s been 4 months now of running around with these morons. Obviously they damaged the system as their roof had never leaked prior to the new roof, but these guys are giving my folks the complete & total run around over something that should’ve been taken care of months ago. And the unfortunate truth is it’s not a cheap surround system, my dad bought a top of the line I’m in the movie their THX BOSE surround system. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed in Atrium Roofing & would never advise anyone to go to them for anything aside from a massive never ending headache.

  I hired Atrium roofing to repair my roof due to leaking water. They charged me over $2000 to do the repairs. Several months later, the leaking started again in the same place and I asked them to fix the problem area as should have been covered by their warranty. They said that the entire roof needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me an additional $5500. I had two separate roofers inspect my roof. Both of these other roofers said that the repairs maid by Atrium roofing were shoddy and could not be expected to prevent leaks for more than a month or two. So the money I spend with Atrium was a complete waste and I now need to pay another roofer to fix the shoddy work from Atrium.

  Dear Mr. Meisel, Back on September 22nd, 2020 you hired Atrium Roofing to do a repair on your roof. Repair was done removing existing shingles and underlayments exposing the wood underneath. instead of felt (black) paper, we installed leak barrier and on top we added brand new flashing to the area, on top, we installed new shingles matching the color of your existing roof. On July 15th, 2021 you contacted our office requesting another inspection because you had leaks again, this time we showed you the condition of the whole roof and advised a complete roof replacement. Your roof was missing pipe jacks and had duct tape used as sealant. It was also missing metal flashing where roofing material meets walls and had roof cement instead. Back in 2020 when we repaired the roof, you asked for a fast turnaround because your tenant was about to cancel their lease agreement due to leaks on the roof, we acted fast and got the repairs done then.   Jose and Blake do not call back and leave you waiting for weeks. They wanted me to pay and get a new roof, my insurance would not pay for a roof... also out of 3 roofing companies THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT SAID NEED A NEW ROOF!!! They said they couldn’t fix it and warranty their work and they text me this, didn’t call me back..... horrible

  Atrium Roofing Company was fantastic from start to finish. Our new roof looks amazing. Juan and Jose were very personable and always quick to respond to my questions. They explained the process and the materials being used thoroughly. Their team of workers were very efficient completing the job before expected and did an exceptional clean up job. You could not ask for a better company to work with. They go above and beyond and it shows.

  We recently contacted Atrium Roofing in SATX to do a job on our roof which was to replace the original flashing on our home which we’d found had started leaking. Atrium Roofing sent us a Project Manager and his crew to do the job. We immediately noticed their professionalism in the way they worked together to get the job done correctly and efficiently using new flashing and storm guard to protect our roof securely. Try did an amazing job that looks great! We are so glad we decided to choose Atrium Roofing for our home and plan to use them for future roof jobs when needed.

  I needed to have my roof replaced from the cheap quality builder grade installed by Sitterle Homes due to a large roof leak on an 8 year old roof (exposed nails, nailed through aluminum flashing, broken/cracked shingles, poor quality system/workmanship). I did a lot of research on shingle brands, warranties, issues, etc. and decided to go with the Class 4 hail rated/fire rated shingles for a couple reasons (long lasting product, hail/wind rated, discount on home owner's insurance, and a transferable warranty). These roofing systems are pricey but durable. I also did a lot of research on roofing companies and obtained several quotes from local licensed roofers. I did not care for A-Tex roofing (strong pressure sales tactics and never heard back from them on a quote but I wasn't going to choose them anyway, long history of consumer complaints), nor did I care for Rhino Roofing (strong pressure sales tactics, overpriced, and willing to provide "discounts" I should not have qualified for: one being a military discount which told me they had inflated pricing to begin with and were willing to cut corners). I decided on either Ownens Corning or GAF shingles. I researched through the manufacturers for certified installers and found Atrium Roofing. They also had great reviews and no service complaints. I submitted a request for a quote on-line and Jose was quick to respond. He worked around my schedule, he was fast but thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions after an inspection. In the end I went with the GAF roof system for the matching color, quality of the system, durability of the system and warranty. I chose Atrium Roofing for several reasons (responsiveness, professionalism, thoroughness, workmanship/warranties, and excellent pricing). While waiting on my HOA approval Jose sent a worker by to try to patch the roof leak due to several weeks of heavy rain in the forecast. Once approved, Jose worked quickly to get me on the schedule.   MUST USE THIS CONTRACTOR!! A FEW WEEKS AGO, I saw Mr. Puente on the internet speaking how he was a civil engineer. The way he presented himself and his company with so much confidence and knowledge, convinced me this was the company to replace my roof. Andres came over to do an assessment and he even did a couple of complimentary patches on some leaks I had! I appreciated this. I felt he had MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND. You dont find this in roofing companies anymore! Everyone wants to upsell and overcharge. He was very upfront and gave some suggestions on my roof. My roof was installed yesterday!! Andres and Rafael, crew lead, and the whole team gave me a beautiful new roof! Level 4 WIND AND HAIL resistant Owens Corning Storm shingles!!! Perfect for my low slope roof. BeautifuI new attic vents! I even had a new dryer vent installed on the roof!! The next time it rains, I am going to have a SOUND SLEEP!! THANK YOU JESUS! The cleanup was amazing! NOT ONE NAIL was left with their magnetic tool. They had so much tarp everywhere covering my yard, front and back and sides, while they were working. They protected and covered everything. My yard looked cleaner AFTER they left than before they started. Thank you Jose, Andres, Rafael and the whole crew for a great job!! I love my new roof!! THANK YOU!!!!!

  Mr. Jose Puente was very knowledgeable and helpful; he diagnosed the problems and explained several options. He setup the financing. The installation crew was outstanding; they finished in one day and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job. I highly recommend!

  6.15.26- I called a couple of months ago to get an inspection after seeing the "Civil Engineer" commercial! I wss Impressed! It was A huge PLUS TO KNOW THAT A CIVIL ENGINEER was the owner of this company! I've spoken to so many roofing contractors that did not seem to know half as much as Mr. Puente did about roofing. (All others just want to upsell and quickly put a roof on your home without explaining anything to you or offer the best suggestion for YOU! Jose had "Andres" come out and provide an inspection. I was highly impressed with the honesty, thorough knowledge and the confidence in the products that was conveyed to me.I felt like my home mattered to HIM and it was not just a "quick sale" After getting many quotes and doing my research, I chose Atrium roofing and am looking forward to Andres being my project manager. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers questions are addressed fully. I have the utmost trust in this company with what I have seen. Their work ethics and commitment to customer service excellence is amazing. My install is scheduled to begin soon! I am looking forward to having some peaceful nights sleep again with a new roof!
