I bought my gutter brushes from this company several years ago and hired them to clean the gutters this week. I came home to find all the gutter debris dumped on my yard. When i texted to say how disappointed i was with the job, they told …

We had our roof replaced about 6 months ago. Before the roof was replaced, we removed our gutter guards from the rear gutters and placed them on our porch, but did not remove them from the front of our house because the gutters are too high for us to reach. When they finished the roof, we found our gutter guards in the dumpster. We thought that they were just the guards that we had left on the porch that they accidentally threw away. They were responsible and replaced those gutter guards when we requested them to. My husband recently went up on the roof and found that all the guards on the front of the house were missing too. We asked them to replace those guards and they will not, saying that they don’t remember there being guards there. We have no way to prove it, but why would we have guards on the back but not the front and we have photo proof that they put gutter guards in the dumpster.

Nice guys, but for repair I'd say NO! Had a leak at a sky light on a cedar roof. Nathan seemed knowledgeable, thought these were my guys. Paid $750 for shingle repair, still leaked, paid $1750 for more repair plus 2 new boots, still leaks. …

Roof leaked again after repair with in few months. Called to check and received new quote to fix the leak without inspecting the roof to check if the leak happened from the same place!

• 1 out of 5Patrick Kneer7 years ago

Roof still Leaks, nothing has changed from the date of the original quote (Dec 2018) There were no restrictions as to what repair was to entail during the quote process. Atlanta Re-roof said they repaired the chimney area in Mid Dec. 2018, but it is still leaking through January and February 2019. Nathan says (2/20/2019) the siding (Hardy Plank) is the problem now but that's not their problem even though they removed siding from the side of the chimney. They now say I should hire a handy man to fix their problem. Asked why they did not replace siding and why was it not addressed in original quote? Nathan states he cannot speak with me because I am making him mad and proceeded to hang up. I only was asking questions, at no time did I instigate or escalate was rude or raised voice. His raised angry voice was unwarranted and unprofessional. Beware: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY the one star is need in order to post my review, should have been zero stars

I moved into my home at the end of 2021. Since then, I've had to have some roof work done a few times due to branches falling on the house from storms. After having little success with the first two roofing companies, I found Atlanta …

Andrew was very professional during our roof replacement. His crew did an amazing job installing our roof and replacing our skylights. His prices were very reasonable.

Nathan and the team at Atlanta Re-Roof recently completed a roofing project for one of my customers, and the feedback was outstanding. They had nothing but great things to say about the quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process. It’s clear that Nathan and his team take pride in their craft and are committed to delivering exceptional results. I would highly recommend Atlanta Re-Roof to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled roofing contractor.

This company is the best! I have used them 3 times for 3 different homes and they never disappoint. Friendly crew and the work on my townhouse was done in one day.

We have a very complicated steep roof. Andrew Reynolds and the roofing team did an amazing job. At one point during the project there was a massive rain storm that caught everyone off guard....water unfortunately leaked into the house and Andrew's team reimbursed us for repairs without hesitation. We highly recommend Andrew and his team.

GREAT ROOFERS. Called me after 10 years to make sure everything was still in good condition - did a tune up to keep me dry.

I kept getting folks knocking on my door to see if they could fly a drone over my roof to examine for hail damage. I decided to ask a reputable roofer to take a look before I filed a claim. Nathan came out and was honest, prompt, and clear on the condition of the roof. When the insurance adjuster confirmed damage and authorized a new roof, Atlanta Re-Roof was my go-to. They came on exactly the day they promised, finished in exactly the time they promised and charged me exactly the amount in the estimate. So refreshing. Highly recommend.

Atlanta re-roof did everything they said they were going to do and did it when they said they were going to do it. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the project and I couldn't be happier. I was also very pleased with the price they charged. I highly recommend this company.

I'm a local Realtor and my top roofer recommendation is Nathan Speers with Atlanta Reroof Specialists. He has worked on my roof — both tune-up (boot replacement, etc.) and full replacement years later -- and has helped me and a lot of my clients. I like that he will gladly handle small repairs that other roofers don't have time for and he doesn't exaggerate problems. I trust him for honest assessments without unnecessary upcharges and he will tell me straight if sorry no, there is no hail damage, so don't waste time making an insurance claim. He also lives in my neighborhood and is a local scout leader, so I've seen him in that capacity for a long time and I have a lot of personal respect for him and his family. He puts in a lot of volunteer hours. He's not the cheapest, but frankly everyone cheaper who I've dealt with has felt slimy to me and I'm suspicious of cutting corners. Most homeowners don't know the intricacies of the roofing business and there are a lot of shady practices out there! Nathan's prices are consistently on the low end, fair, and competitive. Having a trustworthy and competent local roofer who is responsive is incredibly valuable to me.
