  My roof was repaired in 2022. Before I even moved into the house I had damage in the soffits because the last line of shingles was cupping/concave. I reached out to the warranty, service and noted that the damage was before I had gutters, I mentioned gutters and took pictures of the damaged area and they didn't even come out before they assessed that the damage was due to the gutters. Based on some pictures that would never show the angles of the area because you can barely see it on video and with pictures. I have Pictures from when we moved in that shows The area like this already, even with their so-called expert assessment of pictures that I submitted to To them that somehow they can get the slope of a shingle from a two dimensional picture. Do not get a roof with these guys. They do not honor their work or crash and shift or warranty whatsoever. It was a quick easy fix Something that I will likely get fixed locally. I'll probably need another roof in five or six years. Would not consider aspen because this is the second time I've had an issue. The first time I've reported it. The other issue I fixed on my own due to a hole in the flashing that they had missed around my oven vent. Due to unwillingness to even come to my house and blame it on someone else without even seeing The house and roof In person is poor quality and is not how warranty inspection should work. I'm having a big renovation of my sunroom to convert it from a flat to a pitched roof in. There is no way that I would use guys when I do this in five years. Save yourself some time and just look for somebody in Cape Coral that will actually come out to your house and inspect their work.

  I had an appointment for an inspection and they never showed up. I texted and called three times and they did not answer or respond.

  Horrible customer service and very rude as well as provided misinformation. On the 1st day my roommate actually found a bottle of alcohol that looked like it belonged to them. They said they would be back the second day and that no cars would need to be moved. This was incorrect information as they didn't come back for a day and cars needed to be moved. They also left pieces of the roof as well as nails on the ground when they were working. My dog ended up grabbing one while trying to take him out but luckily I saw he was chewing something and got it before any damage was caused. Would definitely not recommend.

  HORRIBLE! From start to finish it was a complete nightmare. They caused a significant amount of new damage as they “repaired” current damage from Hurricane Milton. They let new water damage occur due to not covering the roof as they worked and rain water seeped in through the walls and roof causing the skylight to fall out of the ceiling as well as significant water damage throughout the front half of the house. They attempted to fix the interior damage and even that needed to be re-textured/painted/etc several times until it was acceptable (not back to normal, just acceptable) Manatee County,FL team. Wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.

  Patrick Lyons was my consultant and go to person. He came out, gave me a quote and it was right on. He told me all I needed to have done. This was from Hurricane Ian. They came out everytime they said they would. The whole roof only took 2 days and clean up was going as they went along. Very professional people.

  Aspen is outstanding in their field. These people really know how to run a business in a world of "promises without delivery". Kendal approached us after hurricane Ian hit and promised a high quality metal roof fast. This is exactly what we got. Kendal and the team did it right. He explained everything along the way and went the extra mile to get the job started with no promise from me, as we were still working on the money hold up. The proof is in the pudding right? We went through 3 more storms here in south west Florida and it held up just fine.

  Do to lack of communication & misunderstanding , current situation we are working, looking forward to resolving. I will say this because It's true Aspen I would definitely recommend to anyone they are very helpful and fast working, very professional and clean. Based on my experience this company also care about there customers. Very considerate very patient they completed our entire roof in 3 days they did such an outstanding job didn't leave a nail behind. after 6 yrs of struggling with multiple damages to our roof .
