  We had a new upgraded roof installed by Aspen when we built our home 4 years ago. It is still under warranty. I have been trying to reach them for an inspection due to all the recent storms in the area. I left a voicemail and sent a customer service inquiry through their website a few months ago. I never heard back. So I circled back around yesterday and waited on hold the first time 17 minutes, the second time 13 minutes… (there is a recording that comes on periodically while on hold “ you’re the next in line, or you can press star leave a message”)..I finally opted to leave a vm. This was around 3ish in the afternoon. I then sent them a fb message, and yet another customer service request thru their website. I have yet to send a homing pigeon. Today I rcvd an email asking for my address, which I’d given each time? I understand businesses are busy, especially this time of year. However, chasing down a return call, email or fb message just to get in touch with them is not acceptable. If this is 5 star service, I’m very confused. And if this is indicative of the way they manage their business, worse yet.

  Literally choose any of the other businesses in the vast metro area. You can't do any worse than this place lol.

  I can't say much about the work they do.but up can say that they need to drive safer.I almost got hit by one of their vehicles because they blew a red light .

  Our Church had Aspen put a roof on as well and we had a leak. The company had a crew out and fix the leak and repaired the damage. There were no hassles and no bill for the repairs. Their Ironclad warranty is for real. We had storm damage and need a new roof. I am choosing Aspen Contracting for my next roof as well.

  I've used Aspen for every one of my builds/remodels and each one is completed with the highest level of quality.. Aaron Edwards is our Project Consultant, he's phenomenal. Every job is written up accurate and completed within a few days of submission. Highly recommend Aaron and his roofing crews at Aspen.

  Had a great experience with Aspen. Had our roof replaced last week. Did a great job and very good communication. Kept us informed every step of the process. Robert was always there to answer any questions we had. He was very nice and professional.

  Aspen roofers did such a great job replacing our roof here in ft Myers FL after hurricane Ian. We worked with George Matt tecci. He is a great asset to this company. He was courteous knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this company 100 percent due to Matt and the crew who replaced the roof thank you so much

  We were impressed with Aspen's professionalism as well as hard work and punctuality in beginning and completing the job.   Our Salesman Brandon was Great to work with. He took care of all the Details. We were very Pleased with the results.
