Extremely unprofessional and sloppy workers that made a huge mess of nails and old shingles to our house and neighbors and didn’t bother cleaning it properly Still finding nails all over the place

Made an appointment and they blew it off. Never bother to even contact us.

OK so first off Ashley River Roofing, if you are going to send your people into a neighborhood that clearly states no soliciting, you better make sure your people are courteous. Just had a run in with one of your guys asking me about my roof and he was not taking no for an answer. Tried being nice to the guy after ignoring my own personal no solicitor sign but he was clearly not going to take no for an answer. With that being said, I would not recommend these guys to anyone based on the way their solicitor acted. I could only imagine the type of headache having someone like this guy work on your house would be! Stay out of areas where soliciting is prohibited and tell your guys to back the hell off when told no!

Don’t understand how your employee decides to walk past a giant No Soliciting sign and no trespassing. Teach your employees better. Neighborhood also has a sign.

Ashley River Roofing was not even on my radar until I saw them working on a neighbors house. I watched their professionalism from material and container drop-off the day before, and then their skill as the replacement took place. The work looked excellent and the cleanup was outstanding. I had conversations with several homeowners whom the did work for. I validated their credentials, licensing, and business rating. Only then did they become an option for me. I had them replace my shingles and also the metal sections on my house. The customer process was straight forward, handled with extreme professionalism, each step was detailed in advance. The delivery, replacement, cleanup, and container pickup all were excellent. The work was not rushed and when completed, looked excellent. I would recommend them to everyone.

As the owner of a tree service, we sometimes work in very tight quarters where unexpected things can happen. During a recent removal, a cracked trunk damaged the fascia and a portion of my client’s roof while she was out of town. I immediately called Ashley River Roofing because I knew I needed a company I could trust. Their team responded quickly, inspected the damage, took measurements, and provided a fair quote. They repaired the fascia, replaced the damaged shingles, and matched the existing roof remarkably well considering its age. Most importantly, my client was extremely happy with the finished work and appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Ashley River Roofing helped me protect a long-time customer, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional roofing services.
