  I have a beautiful old home in SLC, Utah that was built in 1903. It is across the street from the University of Utah and for the last 15 years had been the home away from home for many students. Needless to say, this old, architecturally detailed structure needed renovations and repairs which necessitated working with the our insurance company, the SLC Planning Division for the Historical District, the SLC Civil Enforcement Officer, our property Manager, and Matt from ASAP Roofing and Exteriors. Everyone worked well together, but getting all these agencies together to get the job done came from Matt at ASAP Roofing. He is a savvy, experienced expert in his field. He stuck with us through thick and thin. The finished product exceeded our expectations. He was able to navigate us through what appeared to be road blocks with professional confidence.   I had the pleasure of working with Chandler who seamlessly guided and supported me through the entire process of getting a new roof. Chandler was able to help facilitate a speedy payment from my insurance company, and then he brought me beautiful samples of roof choices. Once I made the decision, I had a brand new roof within a few weeks! The process was painless, and I’m forever grateful! I would highly recommend Chandler and ASAP Roofing! They were fabulous.   ASAP was great to work with! Chandler helped navigate the insurance process and was even present to meet with the adjuster. Getting a new roof should be a tough, stressful, and expensive experience. I didn’t encounter any of that! Chandler ensured it was a flawless process and was available to answer any of my questions through the whole thing. 10/10 would recommend working with ASAP and Chandler!

  Heavy wind and hail had me stressing about a damaged roof and I had many roofers give estimates that I didn’t feel comfortable with, but then Mathew showed up from ASAP Roofing and set my mind at ease without trying to make it sound like he was selling me snake oil or diamonds I didn’t need. The whole process from beginning (with insurance) to end was smooth and I felt like I was treated with kindness and respect every step of the way. Every time I had a concern it was addressed and resolved expeditiously. I’m still waiting on insurance check to clear and approve on final funds that are above and beyond the original adjuster estimate but ASAP is handling all of the communications with my adjuster and resolving everything. I’m telling you there is no one better than Mathew at ASAP Roofing folks! My roof is beautiful and gutters are gorgeous and we are a safe family with a safe home.
