  Had a window leaking and called. These folks advertise Roofing, Windows, & Siding. Receptionist said that they repaired windows, took the info and stated that he would turn it over to the Service Dept. and someone would call me. No one did. Just a waste of my time.

  Unprofessional crew. Did not flash in the siding. The owner is combative and unwilling to fix issues. Charges after the job were added before they fixed the flashing issues. Would not reccomend for any work on your home.

  Don't have this company do any work for you if you need them to come back for anything. They tell me, "they're very backed up on repairs and will get to me when they can." They installed a roof for me in 2009 and has been leaking for past two years but my service guy says, "It's not a roofing issue, it's a siding issue and they aren't responsible for fixing my leak." Also told me he knew exactly what was wrong.....I just want my leak fixed and do not mind paying even if I have a warranty. I would definitely not recommend Armor to do any work on your home!!!

  I cannot recommend Armor roofing company highly enough. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, they went above and beyond my expectations in every way. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. Their communication was outstanding, keeping me informed every step of the way. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They treated my home as if it were their own, ensuring the work was completed to the highest standard. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when the job was finished. In an industry where trust is everything, this company delivered exactly what they promised.   Worked with Chris and Shane for storm damaged roof replacement. They traveled to Lake Cumberland in southern Ky area for me. Outstanding job and clean up. Could not be happier with their service.

  After recent wind and hail damage to our roofs, a friend recommended Armor Services. Mr. Shane Johnson met with us several times and was very professional and friendly. He also met with our insurance adjuster at our home, photographed and documented all damage, and further worked directly with the insurance company. Both our damaged house and separate building were roofed in two days which included several rain delays. The results were fantastic including replacing a 62 foot gutter! Shane's follow-ups to calls, texts and visits could not be more timely. We could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend this company and Mr. Johnson's crew. Thank you Shane!
