  Archway did a horrible job on my roof that caused a massive water leak and damages and they would not support the warranty. I am left with extensive costs to repair their damages. My roof was not leaking until they put one on. They also entered my property illegally after I told them not to. Unethical and horrible company.

  Archway Roofing, LLC ("Archway") takes all customer concerns seriously and strives for excellence in our work. We wish to address the allegations made in this review with factual information: 1. Roof Replacement: In August 2024, Archway contracted with the homeowner to replace a hail-damaged roof, as authorized by her insurance company. The replacement was completed on August 7, 2024, adhering to local codes, manufacturer's standards, and our internal processes. 2. Initial Leak Report: On March 15, 2025, the homeowner reported water damage following heavy rain (4.33 inches) and strong winds (up to 40 mph). Archway promptly scheduled an inspection for March 17. 3. Inspection and Testing: On March 17, Archway representatives inspected the damage and conducted a thorough water test, which was video-recorded. The test revealed no leaks in the roofing system installed by Archway, including shingles and flashing. However, water penetration was observed when testing the chimney's "weep holes," which were not part of Archway's work. 4. Chimney Tarp Test: To isolate the source of the leak, Archway covered the chimney with a tarp, leaving the roofing work exposed. No leaks occurred during subsequent rains, supporting the conclusion that the chimney, not the roof, was the source of the problem. 5. Previous Issues: The original builder and previous roofer confirmed that similar leaks had occurred in the same area before Archway's involvement, affecting multiple houses with the same design in the development. 6. Attempted Repair: On March 24, at the homeowner's insistence, Archway scheduled a repair for March 25, later rescheduled to March 26 at the owner's request. On the morning of March 26, the homeowner texted to cancel the repair due to an insurance claim. Unfortunately, this message wasn't received before work began. 7. Miscommunication and Termination: When Archway representatives realized the miscommunication, they immediately stopped work and attempted to explain

  Highly recommend Archway Roofing! We needed a new roof before closing on our house, and they worked incredibly hard to accommodate our tight schedule and get everything completed in time. They also helped us navigate a very complicated warranty claim for defective shingles, making the entire process much easier. Great communication, excellent service, and a team that truly goes above and beyond.

  I’ve worked with half a dozen roofers in Nashville and Archway is leaps and bounds better than anyone else I’ve used. Alex actually showed up early for our consultation - a first for me with ANY kind of service provider. He was thorough and generous - even re-caulking my windows and vent for free when he noticed the existing caulk was failing. On the day of gutter repair/installation he and his team were on time. He paid extra attention to the color of our gutters to make sure the replacement piece matched our color exactly. The installers were very fast and left zero mess or evidence they’d even been there. Alex also allowed us to split our invoice with our neighbors since our gutter damage was caused by theirs. I’d be hard-pressed to find a more professional and honest roofing company in Nashville. I would give Archway 10 stars if I could!
