  I hired Joe Wymer and his crew to build a deck for me and we even signed the contract for it to be done. I gave them half of the money to buy the materials (they never purchased them) and after the check was cashed I called and left a message with the contactor once a week on Monday to see if a start date locked in. I was then contacted and told the the contractor and the crew lead thought it was best that he give the money back and that I go directly with the crew leader because I had "all these questions" that he did not have an answer to. I was not sure why I was being treated as if I was bothering him but agreed to having the check returned. I was told I would have it by the end of the fallowing week and when I did not receive it I called and spoke with the contractor via text messages (he never called me directly about this concern) and he said that he would send out a new check and at this point I asked if I could just pick a check directly up from him and he then proceeded to tell me he is not in the business of ripping people off and made it seem like I was. I was never contacted by his crew leader to do the deck. In the end I felt as if I had floated him a short term loan for his business. I would not recommend this group for any type of work. I can not stress how unprofessional the whole situation was handled enough and advise anyone reading this to find another company.

  Great company. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice, polite and considerate. They came when promised and did a great job on the roof. I would definitely recommend this company.

  We had ARC Home improvement take care of our porch ceiling they were prompt, very skilled and informative of what they were doing and cleaning up when they were done I would recommend them for home repairs and improvements

  Would recommend 100% and use again. Great service, great guys, great work! I got 3 estimates and ran them through AI and the materials/price was recommended above the other 2. Thank you for a painless construction! Edit: When you don’t know the difference between Certainteed Flintlastic (what?), 2-ply SBS and EPDM and their relative price points it really helps 😂. Thanks again and looking forward to the painting!

  I found ARC Roofing through the Better Business Bureau website, and from my very first phone call I knew I had made the right choice. When I called, the owner, George, answered the phone himself. Even though he was on a job site, he took the time to talk with me, explain everything in detail, and answer all of my questions. Since I had never gone through the insurance claim process before, I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. Before we ended the call, he told me his son would contact me to schedule an estimate. Not only did I receive a call back within the hour, but they were able to come out the very same day. From that point on, everyone at ARC Roofing was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain every step of the process so I always knew what to expect. Once I contacted my insurance company to file a hail damage claim, ARC Roofing stepped in and coordinated directly with my insurance company to schedule the adjuster’s inspection. Unfortunately, our first insurance adjuster provided a very poor experience and significantly underestimated the damage. ARC Roofing didn’t leave us to figure it out on our own. They walked me through exactly what I needed to say to my insurance company, even giving me the wording to use to request a new adjuster. There was extensive hail damage to our home, and thanks to ARC Roofing’s knowledge, persistence, and willingness to help, we were able to overturn the first adjuster’s decision. I had originally only filed a claim for my roof and siding, but in the end my insurance approved 100% coverage for the roof, siding, and gutters. Once everything was approved, ARC Roofing got us on the schedule right away, and work began within a month. They showed up exactly when they said they would all three days, maintained excellent communication throughout the project, and had a large, hardworking crew each day to keep everything on schedule.   Arc Roofing recently installed gutter guards on my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Nate, our sales representative, was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the product and process from the start. Larry and his crew handled the installation, and their workmanship, courtesy, and attention to detail were outstanding. They left my yard exactly as it was before they arrived and took the time to walk me through the completed job, answering every question. I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend Arc Roofing for anyone considering gutter guards.

  The crew was so professional and kind. Any of my concerns were dealt with right away. I have use ARC roofing for my initial sliding of my house. When the hail storm happen they were the first company I thought of. I definitely will use them again.

  We had a great experience with George and his team. They were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They communicated throughout the process and we are thrilled with the results. They replaced our roof, repaired two flat roofs, replaced two railing systems, and tuned up a shingled garage roof. Definitely recommend.
