  Apex has been calling me non-stop for weeks and weeks. I have told them I'm not interested in an inspection and that our roof was fine. They challenged me on whether our roof was actually okay and continued trying to persuade me, all while I repeatedly said, "thanks for the call, but we're okay." After ignoring my responses, I explained they have been calling me way too much and asked to be taken off their call list, they said they can't and continued to push on the roof inspection. I eventually just hung up on him, which I don't like to do... and he was STILL talking. Come on, guys...I said no, that should be enough. Please stop calling me.

  I will never use a roofing company that continues to call and harass me even after I've told you to stop calling me. Absolutely horrible business to call me continually even after I have nicely told them I am not interested. If I get anymore calls I will be reporting you to the BBB!

  Keeps calling and bugging me about a roof... leave me alone.. I know my neighbor didn't give you my info as yall stated and I know the dudes accent that called was not from this country. Next time I'm scheduling a consultation to waste even more of your time.

All of our reroofs are stripped down to the decking to make sure it is a nailable surface. All reroofs have photo documentation from start to finish during production and sent to the homeower live.   Gavin and Marshall were very efficient and punctual. They arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the project and completed the chimney/roof repair with great professionalism and timeliness. Their communication was clear and friendly, making the whole process stress‑free. Gavin & Marshall from Apex Roofing were great; checked the roof, took pics, showed me full & complete evaluation of the roof's condition & even removed all the leaves collecting on the roof for a year!
