  Was having issues with occasional drips on the ceiling. Called these folks first and they tried to tell me my 8-year-old roof was an unfixable shoddy install job and that I needed a complete new $15,000 roof. Called three other contractors for second opinions and every one of them said the roof itself was in great shape with none of the issues that had been had noted by Anchor, and that what I was experiencing was "attic rain" due to insufficient ventilation. Paid $500 for some more ventilation to be installed and the issue is completely gone. Be careful with these folks if you're looking for a repair job. Do your due diligence and get second opinions. Glad I did or I would have had a $15,000 unnecessary expense.

  I had a great warranty experience with Anchor Roofing! Achor replaced our roof in 2019 and this year we noticed a water spot in one of our bedrooms. Anchor sent Robert out to diagnose and repair the leak. Robert did excellent work for us and was very friendly, respectful, and thorough. It’s refreshing to work with a company that has such strong integrity and customer care, especially in this field of work. Anchor clearly values their customers and takes pride in doing things right - they're not just chasing business. If I run into any roofing needs again, they will be who I call. If you are looking for a new roof I highly recommend Anchor Roofing !

  During a rainstorm my wife noticed a wet spot in our ceiling and as first time home owners we panicked. Luckily we had seen an Anchor roofing truck at our neighbors and figured we'd reach out for an inspection, and in swooped Alec with the rescue. He helped us find a defect in our chimney area and helped us get it and a few other potential hazards resolved before they turned into disasters. With how quick and honest they were, my wife and I will use anchor for any roofing needs in the future.

  Anchor roofing was outstanding to work with. They handled everything with professionalism. They worked with our insurance company. The crew did a great job from start to finish. The roof looks terrific. The crew was respectful of our yard and our surrounding neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

  Had a roof leak over a bathroom vent. Came out in a timely manner and inspected the problem and gave me an estimate to repair. Came back again in 2 days time and made repairs. Very professionally done from 1st contact to repair.
