No response and unable to contact company for an issue we are having a year after the full roof was replaced. Find another option to have your roof replaced. Now our guaranteed warranty is void.

LITERALLY GHOSTED A CUSTOMER. INSURANCE DIDN’T BUY THE ROOF. THEY JUST DISAPPEARED. JUST WOW. RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM.

Hero came 2 weeks after they tore old roof off. It rained andruined all our ceilings. They won't return to fix the things they ruined. They owed us money back from the insurance company and will not pay it. They won't answer phones, emails or texts. Do not use this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have had ongoing issues since this company installed the new roof. Leaks in multiple areas. I now cannot reach anyone at this company to repair the leaks. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response from anyone. I’m not even sure if they are in business any longer.

My wife and I chose American Hero because it is veteran owned and as a veteran myself I always prefer to support other veterans whenever possible. We had our roof installed approximately two years ago. There were several issues during construction including workers shouting vulgar language from the roof, poor clean up leaving roofing nails in our yard and the improper installation of a flashing. When contacted American Hero assured us that this crew was no longer working for them and they sent a different crew to correct the flashing issue. Two years later we notice a water spot forming in the garage and further inspection in the attic reveals water dripping through the roof. We contact American Hero about the issue and are told that an installer will contact us to schedule to come out and check it. No one contacts us. We call again and are told the same thing and again no one contacts us. A third call today and I am informed that several storms have occurred since installation and due to that our warranty is voided. Not a hurricane or tropical storm. Just normal storms that happen seemingly every day during the summer here in Florida and this company will no longer honor their warranty or stand by their work. I expected better from a veteran owned company. For any other veterans out there looking to support other veterans I am sad to say you should support someone else.

We had a great experience with Hero Construction. They did a wonderful job on our new roof and we are very pleased. They did a clean up at the end and made sure we were happy. A big thank you to Gary P. you were on top of everything and made sure all was taken care of and done right. Another thank you to James, who we first talked to about getting our roof redone, without you we would have never knew of your great company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

American Hero recently did the roof of my house. They came to my door to ask if we were interested. I told them that another company had already told us our insurance wouldn't cover a new roof, but they insisted they could help us. I ended up accepting their offer, and a few weeks later I received the good news that my insurance had approved it. All of this was thanks to American Hero; they helped us with everything from day one! They always answered all our calls, the project manager was very friendly, and I'm very happy with the results.

Kid comes to my door and wanted to sell me your services. I asked if he saw the no soliciting sign at the entrance, he said yes. I said, so? He replied, some people don't mind. I asked, if he would continue to knock on doors in our subdivision and he said, yes. I said, I'd be contacting his boss. Hey boss, I'm contacting you. Please teach your people to follow the rules.
