Do NOT hire this company! Our floors buckled days after installed, we've called them and perfect floor design the company they hired to install our floors and both refuse to fix their mess up. ACR says the floor man informed them it buckled due to humidity, not true, of course this is coming from the man that was just arrested for choking his ex and holding a gun to her head in front of his 3 yr old child Tuesday in Broken Arrow. I'm calling our insurance co, the BBB and our attorney. Mark and Pamela Summrs

American Central Corp. provides old-fashioned value. When we needed our roof replaced, we were timely provided a specific written quote. The cost was reasonable. The company stood behind it. The crew worked hard, was polite, and didn't leave messes. When the boss said something would happen at a specific time, it did. The necessities of the job were explained to us as the work progressed. Because of unexpected difficulties, the job was not as simple as originally had been anticipated. The manager stayed on top of matters and helped us to understand what needed to be done. Best of all, the company had budgeted for unknowns in its estimate and stayed true to the estimate despite the inconvenience and difficulty of the unexpected work. We now have a new roof. We know it was done professionally and well. If, though, in the unlikely event there's a problem, American Central Corp. will take care of it. The best thing about a company that provides old-fashioned value, it stands by its word.

I initially contacted Joe setting an appointment to inspect and evaluate the damage to our roof. He set a date and time and arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. Joe explained what he would do and the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions exemplifying his expertise. He assisted me in contacting the insurance company to initiate a claim via a conference call. A date and time was agreed to meet the insurance adjuster to evaluate the roof damage. Joe was in attendance and facilitated the evaluation pointing out things I had not thought of. Joe's team of roofers did an excellent job, being careful not to damage any flower beds, scrubs, patio and furniture, windows, etc. They periodically cleaned up the roofing debris and picked up all the nails at the end of the day. His foreman was very helpful again answering all my questions and carrying out my requests installing our new roof with the expertise of many years experience. I highly recommend American Central Corp., Joe Esser, the office staff and roofing crew. I found them to be honest men and women of integrity with expertise. Thank You Joe For A Job Well Done!!
