Worst experience ever. I was awaken at 7am by a noise only to find a strange man scaling my 6ft fence. No one knocked, ring the doorbell to announce themselves. Nothing! To make matters worse, I have a flower bed in front of my house where the throw all of their waste from the roof. Leaving it there the entire day. This crushed everything beneath it! I contact the manager, Ismael, who just said I'll tell them to clean it up but what about what they damaged. They with my fence wide open and trash everywhere Return the next day finish the job. Same thing, although I advised the manager how rude it is to show up and not announce yourselves, they did it again. Completely unacceptable. The costumer service and courtesy does not exist here.

When calling around inquiring to roofing companies the customer service was far from amazing and definitely the rudest company I've ever called! ( No ma'am we didn't call trying to sell solar panels we're not a new installation company per say. Right before you got rude and hung up on me I was trying to explain that we're a solar service company that certified in every major name brand of solar equipment. Offering solar detached reset services. Which nowadays major roofing company needs!

This company is nothing short of AMAZING! Our older roof suffered some damage in a recent storm and the Amazing Roofing team responded promptly, gave a thorough inspection, were very quick to respond with a quote and went above and beyond to work with our HOA to get an approved roofing shingles. The skilled and professional men worked diligently getting our roof completed ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job protecting our small planters and shrubs and cleaned up the area so it was spotless afterwards. Thank you Amazing Roofing Team for spectacular service.
