  Kylea This is a difficult way to communicate, especially since we have not been talking to you but to the buying realtor. Also, talking is all we did. Sometimes when we don't have written reports in these situations, it's hard for people not to hear what they want to hear, and sometimes that gets passed on. We are quite possible experiencing a situation that is emotional because of speculations and a lack of precise understanding what was going on. Our company is not desperate, dishonest or shameful, however I can certainly see how someone in your position with the info you are describing would end up having feelings like that. I am sad to get a one star review that way. I think if you dealt with us and knew us, there would be a good chance you would feel different. I am sorry that we were not helpful to you!

  Made an appointment to get an estimate for a complete roof replacement. Estimator didn't show, no phone call or text to explain why. Taking my business elsewhere.

  I apologize Valerie, we dropped the ball. Who would have thought we would be busier in these trying times than before the pandemic? No excuses you certainly deserve an estimate. There is a bunch of good roofers in Bend, and one of them will take care of you proper. Thank you for attempting to work with us!

  We were more than upset about the way they conducted themselves. I think the main thing was we asked them to enclose an area they missed that had pigeons in them and instead of removing the pigeons they enclosed them inside. When we returned and figured this out they had died in the area they were enclosed. Zero compassion and other vendors we were working with commented on it. We will not be using this company again.

  Ann, thank you for writing a review, I looked up your name and also anyone with your last name, there is only one Martin in our system and we did a deck for them. I don't think that would be you. However, even if I missed something I would always encourage you to call and ask for the owner or the general manager before you vent your frustration to the world. I am personally really interested in making sure our customers are happy, but by you sort of missing the step of giving me a chance to help you I feel that we can't be blamed too much. We make mistakes but we certainly will do everything we can to make them right. However it is never too late for you to call me and we can talk about it.   Call them weeks ago for gutter install, took my info for the individual to call back for quote and possible install. Still haven't heard from them.

  Terrible service. Scheduled a consult to have a minor repair done on the gutters, and the first time they no-showed/no-called. Then, after the consult was completed they scheduled the work and no-showed/no-called again. Do not waste time on this company.

  AM1 did a great job. They started early and worked late, even on a Saturday to re-roof our house. They easily managed the complexities of changing from a concrete tile roof to a high-quality asphalt shingle. Jorge was very helpful and responsive, and communicated well. He had his crew on the site within a couple hours on a Saturday evening to respond to an unanticipated windstorm. Jorge and his crew were also very responsive when minor issues were noted after the installation was completed.

  Best experience ever! We have been trying to find a company to repair/replace our cracked concrete roof tiles for years with no success. We called AM-1 roofing and to our shock, Chris showed up 1 business day later. Not only did he quickly repair the many cracked tiles, but he blew all the tree debris off the roof without us even asking. We will only use AM-1 Roofing from now on. We were very happy with the great price of repairs for a service call in Sunriver, Or. Thank you Chris!!

  The technician was great! Came to our house to fix some concerns with our roofing. Gave us peace of mind, communicated pricing, timing, and material concerns. Was 90+ degree day and was willing to walk on our hot roof. Was very hardworking and we appreciated it.

  A-1 Roofing did a really nice job on my roof! They had a delay on another project and called and asked if they could start early and came right out and got started that same day. The crew cleaned up nicely everyday, so my dogs would be safe, laid tarps, swept and used a blower to clean up. The crew was polite and friendly, asked good questions, and went over and above just the roof project, they had supplies left, so they even re-roofed my pump house! It was hot, and they worked hard, so I brought them ice cold sparkling water, I would absolutely hire them again (not that I need to now) and highly recommend A-1 Roofing! Thanks Jorge!

  The AM1 team was awesome. They estimated it would take 5 days to re roof my home but were able to be wrapped up in 3 days. Roof looks great. They left the worksite immaculate. Very professional and hard working team. Very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them.

  AM-1 did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Jorge, Christian and their team were kind and professional. Within a week of receiving our quote, they were ready to install the new roof, and it took only a few days to complete. They were always available to answer our questions and were quick to address a couple of minor cosmetic issues we found once it was all done. If we ever had roofing needs in the future, they will be my first call.
