They did the roof 4 years ago. We have leaking from the upstairs bathroom vent. Inspection of cause showed gaps in decking, curled shingles allowing water to damage decking, wetness in attic, cut shingles to cover caps and vent instead of proper flexible shingles, improper flashing. In other words, horrible job and cut many corners.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had issues with your roof installation and this is a very serious matter to me. I don't recall ever being contacted about this issue and I am unable to look you up in our system using the initials G A. I would appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and find a resolution. Please contact me directly at 412-475-2281.

We contacted this business and waited over a month and half for them to come out, to hop up and down (not touching a thing) and to tell us they won’t touch our gutters because we need a roofer. Why? Because of bubbling on the rubber on the side of our roof. We had our roof done last summer and they have no real basis for this claim… I mean, they didn’t even touch it. I’ve never dealt with a company this unprofessional. Now, we are out almost two months and just had a torrential rain that came into our basement. I know businesses are busy right now, but you are messing with people’s lives and homes here. I would not recommend this company’s business practices nor rely on their concern and punctuality.

This interaction does not ring a bell. Is it possible we're being mistaken for another company?

Great company with a name that says it all...ALWAYS PERFECT! After having a 100 pine tree blown over damaging my home and detached garage APC was the crew I went with after seeing a home being repaired by them with tree damage similar to mine. Ryan, the crew leader for APC, was thorough in his assessment of damage... so much so he found structural damage to roof trusses that Erie's structural engineer didn't report/see. Zach, APC owner, accommodated my battle with my insurance in the claim process and with Ryan, in the end had likely saved my garage from future problems. Bottom line...APC is really a QUALITY company with impeccable repairs! Thank you APC!

Always Perfect re-engineered my old, built-in (rotting, leaking) box gutters and transformed the roofline into a modern system. After my gutters had failed during prolonged adverse winter weather, I knew I had put off this job for a little too long. It was time to pay the piper. So, long story short, I went through about 6 other roofing and gutter companies to try to get quotes for this job. Only one of them gave me a quote, but it wasn't to modernize my gutters, which is what needed to be done. Most just ghosted me. The project was lengthy and difficult, therefore it wasn't a one or two day job, in and out, which is what these companies want - quick money. Ryan from Always Perfect came to my house, gave me a quote with multiple options, and the team arrived pretty fast after I accepted his offer. They did a ton of work, dealt with bad weather, and did the dirty work where other companies ran the other way. As a homeowner, I can't say enough about how much it means that there are still companies with integrity that aren't just chasing quick money. We aren't all rich and having a company that will do the hard stuff is really important. Shout out to Dino, Jeff and Sanchos who painstakingly removed the rot and rebuilt something great in its place. I will definitely call Always Perfect for my next exterior job. Oh and after the first few rainstorms, everything is working great!
