Wasted an hour of my time meeting with the estimator and he never even bothered to send a estimate. I showed him the insurance payout for a new roof (storm damage) so he knew I was legit but didn't see fit to put together a proposal. Don't waste your time with them, unreliable.

I called them to have them come out check out my roof. The lady who answered the phone sounded miserable and I could clearly tell her goal was to push me away. Everything she said was negative. "We are really behind" "We cant get out to …

Thank you, for your review. To balance out our in office staff ours we worked with a few answering services in the past. Unfortunately, some of those services did not live up to the customer service level we expected. We have corrected that issue and now have great coverage for lunch times and off hours. Thanks again for letting us know about this issue.

Alternative Roofing just did a gutter and attic fascia repair at our home. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would especially like to mention DAVID KIM who did the estimate on the project and a number of repairs on our roof while others did the guttering repairs. David was very knowledgeable about roofing and guttering and was very helpful in explaining what we needed and was to be done. I would highly recommend Alternative Roofing and highly commend DAVID KIM of their staff!

Came and got my work done quickly when they showed up. They rescheduled my original appointment, and that was a bit unfortunate, but the work and communication went well. Just make sure that you talk to them about rescheduling that doesn't involve the weather so you are not blindsided by that. But great work, would hire again.

I needed and old dish tv antenna removed due to leaking down the walls in my back bedroom that went straight to a electrixal socket. They where curtious and took there time. Removed the the dish and tiles sealed the area. They proceeded to fix other noticeable area that needed repair. I am so amazed at the service.
