Never got back in touch with me after making an estimate. Wouldn't answer any of my messages. It felt like just because im young he didn't take me serious. Roof never got done and never heard from the guy again.

We contacted Alpha Roofing to replace our roof after Hurricane Florence. We got an estimate from Kevin to replace the roof. It was substantially higher than our insurance adjusters estimate. Kevin did a good job of explaining the variances and convinced us that his quote was accurate. We were having difficulty getting a response from our insurance company so we contracted with Kevin to do the job. We asked him when he could start. He said next week. So we agreed to sign the contract accepting the fact that we risked not being fully reimbursed from our insurance . I should have included in the contract language about him agreeing to start the next week because when I contacted him yesterday I got the response below. Kevin is a great salesperson. If you would like I can cancel the contract. We have 300 calls per day of houses with leaks coming in and we're blind sided with from the storm. If this is going to be a problem I don't mind at all if you need to move. If you want quality work please be patient with us. I had 10- 15 jobs on the books before the storm and if you were under the impression that it would be this week I appologize. We weren’t just “under the impression “ . He told us he would start the next week. He knew when he said it was going to be the next week , it wasn’t . He was just trying to get us to sign the contract. I refuse to do business with someone who lies to me at the beginning of the process. It’s a huge red flag there will be more issues to come.

From the first phone call the service was amazing. The estimate was clear and showed photos of my property and where the gutters would go, it was detailed and transparent. No surprises. The job was done quickly and communication was excellent. Loved that the job site stayed clean during and after the installation. Professional crew.

Kevin and his team did great work, and then later spent time educating me on another project despite it not being a job opportunity for him. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with Alpha Roofing! It was awesome to get pictures of the project throughout the day. Responsive, polite and professional. With big projects like this, it was refreshing to not be “sold” something but rather have a professional help me find a solution. Can’t recommend Kevin and his team enough!

Alpha Roofing provided fantastic service and a beautiful roof. They are very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. They were able to start the project a day early. The price was in the ballpark with other estimates. We were very pleased. After my new roof was installed, I needed a pipe removed. Alpha Roofing worked with Coastline Plumbing and promptly took care of my problem. Great service continues- Thank you.

Selecting the right materials for your home exterior is vital for long-term protection. When considering siding installation or new gutter systems, focus on material durability and professional installation standards. Properly installed gutters effectively channel water away, while quality siding enhances home integrity. For residents in Wilmington and nearby areas, evaluating these features ensures lasting results for your property.21 hours agoLearn more
