Horrible Owners. Horrible Ethics. So many other great places in League City - JH

The only thing horrible here is that you would publicly defame a company that you've never done business with Josh Holzapfel. Your mom and Eric have been divorced for 15 years now. Sounds like a personal problem you might want to talk to someone about. Sorry your having bad feelings bud. I'll have Eric reach out to your mom Angela Curtis Holzapfel Mancini Glasgow and see if everything is ok.

This company is calling unsolicited trying to lie and say they are local to San Angelo, Texas due to a recent storm. When I stated I was choosing a local company they argued that they are local. When I asked for the company name and address the salesperson gave me a League City address. Not professional to call and attempt to prey on people after a major storm by lying to them. If they were up front and honest they would likely get more business.

Hey Trevor, hope you are doing well. I wanted to apologize publicly to you for whatever was said to you by a representative of Alpha 1. I did speak with you personally on the phone after the fact if you recall. We definitely do not wish to deceive anyone and genuinely are here to help people recover from the storm. I can say with 100% confidence that we are constantly striving to be the most ethical and honest company to work with. I instill this value in all training meetings as well as personal actions. You are more than welcome to come by our office in San Angelo to meet us and view our humble showroom. I did enjoy talking to you and I look forward to meeting you or helping you in the future. October, 2024. Alpha 1 Roofing came by to look at my house the same day I contacted them. They did a wonderful job with the roof and cleaning up. They swept across the yard with a magnet twice to ensure they got all of the nails. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate. Very professional, gave options and suggestions for the replacement roof. They worked with me and the insurance company. Installation of new roof was quick, but rushed. The project manager was on-site almost the entire time. They started midday and finished early afternoon the following day. Completely satisfied with their work.

After the hurricane no roofing companies would even talk to me since I only needed a wind turbine. Alpha 1 Roofing was willing to travel a good distance was on time and charged a reasonable price. The work was completed professionally and I will use them next time I need a roofing company.

Can't recommend Eric & Alpha 1 enough. They were able to come out same day during Hurricane Beryl to tarp my roof that had been severely damaged and then again recently for some repairs that I needed. Excellent prompt service and good work.

Eric and Alpha 1 have been SO great and helpful throughout our project. We had some rebuilding that needed to be done and he went above and beyond to get it all done and looking great. They definitely saved us after having a bad experience elsewhere! I can't recommend them enough!

These guys actually found and repaired quite a bit of damage to our roof that had been overlooked by previous roofing companies. Despite this unexpected extra work they still finished the job on time. Very thorough and efficient!

I had the best experience with Alpha1. Eric was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, knowledgeable and kept me informed of everything that was happening. He showed up and took care of everything, including dealing with my insurance agent/claim, which took a big load off my shoulders. He kept on top of my claim to get me as much as possible for my damage. His work was exceptional! We all need a company like this on our side. Thanks again Alpha1. You guys are the best!

Our side fence was totally taken down by a freak wind during a thunderstorm. It had been installed by the builder and was only 6-1/2 years old. They had not concreted it to grade level and all the posts were rotted at grade. We got bids from 3 contractors. All were comparable in price. Alpha 1 offered the best schedule and was able to work us in the following week. Thanks to Whitney for outstanding customer service in arranging things. Thanks to Tommy for estimating and managing the job. The foreman Diego and his crew were fantastic as well. Together this team kept us in the loop, installed our fence and cleaned up the job completing it in 2 days as promised. They accommodated everything I asked. And the real bottom line - our fence looks awesome! We are on a corner lot and everyone who walks by tells us how great our fence looks. I highly recommend the Alpha team!
