  Met them at the Buffalo Home Show. They called right away (several times in 1 day) to schedule a consultation for a window. Someone did come for the consult but we never received a quote. 2 weeks later and after many attempts to reach them I have given up. Not worth my business.

  lol, I can't suggest these impolite people..a person named Burr came out we talked, never brought samples and never discussed pricing BUT WAS SUPPOSED TO RETURN AN EMAIL to us and NEVER DID.. so we won't be discussing how untrustworthy this guy was (Brrrrrr) and the company

  Tried to call and get an estimate I had to repeat my address 3 times and the representative could still not get the correct address. I told her I would call somewhere else, thank you and have a good day and she called me back and repeated the wrong address again. I will not hire a company that cannot record my address properly. Pure incompetence or lack of listening to the customer or language barrier or something 🤔

  It was a nightmare of an installation ; roofing nails everywhere; damage to the gutters, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING

  Left nails everywhere and gas in an open milk jug in the back yard. Called demanding payment without ever leaving me invoice. There was a gap between the siding a new roof, instead of asking me what I wanted to do about it just left incomplete without any communication. If you finance through their lenders they scam you as well. Loose payments claim you never made payments. Had to go through this process several times with bank statements against their lenders records.

  Highly lacking in professionalism, They arranged a meeting but were entirely unresponsive after that. I reached out to them, and while they promised to return my call, there was no further communication.

  These guys were great through the whole process of replacing my roof. Sales was helpful and not pushy. They had a great transferrable warranty as well. During the job they were quick and efficient. Took about 12 hours for the whole job across two days. They did I good job with cleanup too. The only nails found were inside my garage which they didn't have access to, so I can't hold that against them. The results look great. I have no complaints and would definitely recommended

  Allstate did my roof in greece ny and i couldn't be happier with the Job, Artem and Zoryan helped me out very professional I'm happy and definitely going to be using them again for my gutters!!!

  Specialists ( Henrey and Artem) were both knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, followed up on issues, and eager to please. Work crew was awesome, even in dismal weather. Everything was protected and cleaned up. The GAF system lends very good sense of security.

  Allstate did a great job with our roof. Their crew was finished in two days. Each night they diligently cleaned up the yard and left the property looking good. We would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer!

  I got a nice low quote, even going with the better materials and longer and a more comprehensive warranty! My roof was easily replaced in just one day. I also had Allstate install new gutters & shutters. Everything now looks amazing!

  Good and trustworthy people. I had to do my roof the second time in past 5 years. The previous compony did not the best job to say the least. I found this guys online and they were in touch with me on every of my roof. They very professional, I can recommend.
