  If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I hired this company to reroof my house. While doing so, they busted a water main in my attic with a roofing nail. This flooded my sunroom. They tried to fix the leak by putting a purple sealant on the hole. Two days later, the water started leaking again even worse. The sunroom flooded again, but this time, my renters were not home to catch the leak and turn off the water. Everything in the sunroom was soaked, including the floor, ceiling and attic. I called All Trades once again and asked them to go over to my house to see the damage. . They didn't answer my calls, texts or email. When I pleaded with them by text to update me (I live 2 hours away from the house and rent it out) they told me to call a plumber twice. I called a plumber and he immediately went to my house and fixed the leak. It was Memorial Day weekend, so they charged $506. I didn't give it much thought since I knew that the roofing company would be responsible for the plumbing bill since they caused the leak, they had made the leak worse by fixing the leak the first time and they are the ones that told me to call a plumber. I emailed them the plumbing bill and pictures of the damage to house. I also emailed pictures of the trash that they left all over my yard. Trash in trees, roofing nails on the ground and old shingles strewn about. They told me that they WERE NOT paying the plumbing bill or for any of the damage because the water main was too close to roof. My house had been inspected several times and it always passed inspection and everything was up to code. Plus, they had tried to fix it right after putting a hole in the pipe and made things worse. They also told me to call the plumber. They did say that they would come back and pick up their trash in my yard. When they returned to my house, the renters told them to make sure and shut the gate when they leave since they had 2 dogs. The roofing company neglected to shut the gate and my renters 13

  Inconsiderate company performing a roofing job in a residential neighborhood and starting work at 530 to 6am. Woke all the neighbors!

  This company is absolutely unprofessional. I hired them to do a repair on a brand new roof. They didn't repair all of the damages as discussed and are now trying to state that the work left unfixed is somehow new over the last 2 months when we clearly have not had any storms or reasons for how that would happen. Not to mention the same defects are in the initial pictures that are there now and they won't own it and finish the repair. They come on your property without permission access your back yard, use your ladders, and invade your privacy to take pictures which they filter to make look better than they are. Definitely would not recommend based on my recent issues with them.

  Absolute horrible company they were hired by my leasing company. The lack of communication from this company is absurd. I tried calling them about 100 times never received a call back. They were hired to come inspect my roof because there’s a crack in my ceiling from what looks like to be water penetration, they did not even go into the attic on the first trip out here nor did they call me when theywere here they proceed to come out today again no phone call when asked ahead of time and all they proceeded to do was put a black caulking around the pipe penetrations on my roof and didn’t even seel them properly around the pipes as well as putting a few dabs of that black stuff under some shingles as well let alone none of these areas were even near where i was noticing the crack in the ceiling, I highly suggest to not ever use this company!

  Horrible roof repair and leaks after repair. No communication with the office and customer. Been to the house 3 times. Wish I could post pics of the bad work

  Took 5 days to complete our roof replacement. Left materials laying in our yard for a week after the job was done. Seemed to be very unorganized. Everyone was who came to our home was very friendly.

  Stay far away! My elderly grandmother hired them to do some repairs to her soffit and gutters and it looks TERRIBLE! My kids could’ve done a better job! The paint didn’t match, they painted BRAND NEW seamless gutters a completely different color and got paint everywhere! A “manager” was called to come out and he said it looked fine and offered no solution!

  These guys need to get better drivers that don’t drive like idiots on the skyway bridge and back traffic up for 3 hours because their nails and garbage are scattered.

  I have had quite a few experiences with All Trades and they have ALL been great! Over the past 8 years, my boss has used them for 3 of his rental property roofs on Siesta Key and then my husband and I chose them for our personal home last September. All Trades has very fair pricing, excellent communication and top notch installers! They arrive on time, get to work quickly and they go all day to get your job as far as they possibly can. They clean up the site as they go so at the end of each day there is nothing to see but a bit of equiptment they still need. We had 3 hurricanes in Southwest FL this year and we did not lose 1 shingle! We also had a giant oak tree land on our home and it did some slight damage to the drip edge but not enough to leak. All Trades came out to assess and quickly got us on their schedule for repairs. While they were there to assess they inspected the roof and found some storm damage around the boots that we did not see. All repairs were completed quickly and again cleanly with kind, quick, skill! I am happy to refer All Trades for anyone who needs a new roof!

  I highly recommend All Trades Roofing. I'm a realtor and had a seller needing to have her roof replaced before closing. A colleague in my office had recently posted a rave review on All Trades so I gave my seller their number. She contacted them and two other roofing companies. All Trades was slightly higher but she chose them. Mike with All Trades was the only one who actually got on the roof to inspect and then took the time to explain the process to her. The workers were dependable and professional. Mike communicated throughout the process. I definitely recommend All Trades.

  Excellent company all of the way around!! I called for an estimate and they had someone there ( Mike, who was wonderful to deal with ) by the end of that same day. Mike was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable . I am a small business owner myself and I understand the importance of timely and honest communication which is hard to come by these days. Mike updated me on all of processes which would take place and most importantly, gave me a very reasonably priced quote. The workers arrived on time and did an exceptional job with exceptional clean up. If I could give 7 stars I would.   I confidently recommend All Trades to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement. They are very professional , honest and over the top when it comes to communication. Their knowledge of not only roofing but the knowledge of the different municipalities varying permitting process is extremely important to get the jobs done quickly. As a Realtor having a contractor like All trades I can highly recommend to my customers is very import ant. They have completed many roof jobs for my customers and many fellow realtors I told about All Trades.

  Their communication was outstanding! They kept me updated every step in the process of placing the new roof and permitting. Any phone calls or emails were answered immediately. They were very clear about when they’d start and finish, and they did everything they said they’d do. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend All Trades.
