This company has a communication problem, they keep promising the customer that the estimate will be ready soon, i had an appointment to visit my property to do an estimate and before the appointment with an hour they said we realized that your address is a little bit far from our office. Stay away if you want to save your time

  Reply from the business

Good morning Mr. Ahmed, We certainly explain you that you were 189 km away from our location, but that we definitly want to provide you with an online estimate. Certainly, you had been waiting 3 days for our estimate, but we were more than happy to provide you with one. However you prefer to cancel the quote and leave us this One Star review. Even though this can damage our online presence, We apreciate your feedback and We apologies for the loose of your time. This help us improve our lack of comunication. Thank you and Have a great day.

All Stars team from Lenier who provided a very detailed quote and was always responsive and scheduled the work needed in good time to the army of a team that did the work on the day. Very happy with the completed work...looks great and the quality of the installation but even more important....water tight and no my worries. Thanks to the entire team....would and have recommended All Stars Roofing & Reno Ltd for anyone needing a roof replacement!

The crews showed on time during the day the work was scheduled. Everything was done properly, all around the property was clean every day after they finished work. I had some issues with old and damage plywood sheets in the roof and Lenier gave us right advice on how to proceed. We didn’t feel pushed to get more done and spent more money, we felt like the contractor was working with us and our budget to have a completed roof done, including the plywood replacement. Very reliable and honest business, definitely recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with All Star Roofing. Lenier came to replace part of my roof and he did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and with great attention to detail. On top of that, he went above and beyond by installing a heating cable and taking care of a couple of extra tasks, all without charging me anything extra. It’s rare these days to find someone so honest, skilled, and generous with their work. The quality of the repair is excellent, and I truly appreciate the integrity and dedication they showed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Lenier to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy roofing services. I will be reachimg out again to this company!
