  Originally experience was good. I wasn’t aware that there was an additional 4k or so the company still needed paid on. The process of getting them scheduled to do the roof replacement was a nightmare. Eventually calling the owner to get it done. They said they’d show up never did. Then me and my wife went to the hospital to have our child. The first morning of being home I wake up to banging on my roof and the company was replacing it (with no notice of them coming that day). Then they wanted the additional money I wasn’t aware I’d owe. They will say they told me and basically that I was lying however this is not true. I work in the construction industry and I would never treat my clients how I’ve been treated.

  James, As with all insurance related work, any additional money being requested are funds that your insurance company approved and sent in order to pay us in full for the work we did. When it comes to the communication regarding the build, I sincerely apologize for any distress this caused you, your wife, or you new child.   What started out as a good experience ended up leaving us very frustrated. All our Nothing helped us navigate the back and forth with insurance to get us a new roof and new gutters. As they were working, they said they think we should try to replace the siding too because of the storm damage. They said this right before the winter holidays, saying we could talk more after the holidays. I never heard from them again. I have tried emailing, calling the office, and tried direct calling and messaging the contractor I was working with. No one will answer my messages or call me back. I finally had to call another company to get any information about our siding. I started off so grateful for this companies help, but completely forgetting us with the siding has made us very frustrated.

  I had some minor roof damage as well as some fascia damage and All or Nothing Roofing took care of both and they did great. Everything was done timely, communication was great from start to finish, friendly workers and I’m very pleased with the quality. They will be the first place I go to with anymore work needing to be done!

  Jordan did an amazing job on the roof! He was very easy to work with and communication was great through the whole job! Our dog even got off his leash and he hopped off the roof to chase him around the neighborhood and help us catch him! I highly recommend Jordan for all your roofing needs!
